We had a great experience...
We had a great experience on our Viator Tuk Tuk tour in Madrid with David as our guide. The tour uses an audio guide for most of the ride, but David added helpful context and interesting insights in between, which made it feel much more personal. The route itself was a perfect introduction to Madrid. We covered a lot of ground in a short amount of time—passing major landmarks, beautiful neighborhoods, and scenic viewpoints—without feeling rushed. It was especially ideal after traveling, since we could sit back, relax, and take everything in while still seeing a large part of the city. The Tuk Tuk is also great for navigating Madrid’s streets, getting into areas that larger vehicles can’t easily access. David was really fun to talk to and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. He gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit, eat, and shop, which helped us plan the rest of our trip. Traveling with a toddler can be unpredictable, and when our son had a bit of a meltdown, David kindly stopped so we could take a break. He even took a beautiful photo for us at a scenic stop, which we really appreciated.
