Terrible Communication - Worse customer care
I arranged a Cádiz port pickup - the only port that large cruise ships dock at and the tour guide was in Seville - 1 hours away. So I did not get the tour. I did not get to Seville. And Viator refused to refund my money. Be VERY careful when booking with Viator.

I was lucky enough to take a guided tour with Lorena and I will repeat again without any doubt. Lorena has a great knowledge of the city and conveys passion for making us all know details and curiosities of what she teaches. Also, she is very friendly and gets time to fly by, wishing to do more routes again with her. In addition, he gave us recommendations of bars and places to eat that we could enjoy during the rest of the day. A complete and highly recommended experience
