All day private Scotland tour
Justin went above and beyond and gave us a great tour! We fit in a couple extra stops. He was very knowledgeable about the history. Overall great time and would definitely recommend him for a future trip!

The highlight of our trip to Scotland
Our family of 4 (2 kids 16 and 13) had the best time with Justin on our customized 3 day tour. We fit a lot in, and he took the time prior to our trip to see what we would like to prioritize. He also added in so many nice surprises along the way. Loved it all- The Hermitage, Pitlochry, Culloden, Isle of Skye, Glencoe, Glenfinnan, Loch Ness, and all of the castles. We all learned so much and had the most fun doing it. He is so easy going and so knowledgeable. Our 3 days were all action packed days, but everything was timed out so well and so flexible that it didn’t feel overwhelming. Additionally, with Justin’s pacing, we missed a lot of the big crowds. This tour of beautiful Scotland was the highlight of our UK trip. There is no way we would have been able to see all and do all that we did without Justin’s help and guidance. Justin’s personalized service left us with so many great memories, but even more so, it left us with a new friend across the pond. Can’t wait to check out another tour in the future.

Even more than we expected!
When I booked this tour I had no idea how amazing it would be. I knew we wanted a small group tour, but this tour was even better than we expected. Justin is the nicest tour guide you could hope for, and unlike nearly every tour we've ever taken, his refrain for the day was "take all the time you need." I know some of that is that our tour was a very, very small group, but we really got to explore the things on the trip, he knew the history of the area so well, and we had a leisurely tea/lunch as a group that ended up being really fun. While we didn't see Nessy, we will be taking another tour with Justin at Share the T Tours in the future.

Booking this tour was among the best decisions we made on our trip, we were so lucky to get to experience the highlands with someone as knowledgeable and passionate about his job as Justin, he is a dream tour guide, and the most wonderful history teller!

How much does Private Tour to the Scottish Highlands, Culloden and Loch Ness cost?

How long does Private Tour to the Scottish Highlands, Culloden and Loch Ness take?
+

Is Private Tour to the Scottish Highlands, Culloden and Loch Ness worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Edinburgh, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Is Private Tour to the Scottish Highlands, Culloden and Loch Ness suitable for kids and families?
+

+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Edinburgh can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+

+
On Outty we rank every Edinburgh experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Chocolatarium Chocolate Tour Experience in Edinburgh, The Mountebank Comedy Walk of Edinburgh, Edinburgh Old Town: Historical Guided Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Edinburgh?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Edinburgh?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
