Took our money and never showed up! No text, no call, no notice.
Bella Costa Tours charged our credit card, we received our confirmation voucher, then they just didnt show up at 8am the morning of the private tour. No email, no phone call, no text. Unbelievable disappointment. Viator says they have had other complaints as well, so they may drop them. Communication is beyond terrible. Leaving us is even worse.

The best day trip ever
If you're planning a trip to Naples, I highly recommend booking a tour with Gigi – an unforgettable experience that will make your visit to this vibrant city even more special! From the moment we met Gigi, it was clear that we were in for a treat. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the history, culture, and hidden gems of Naples, but he also has a contagious passion for his hometown that makes every stop feel personal and exciting. His storytelling is both engaging and informative, bringing the city's past and present to life in a way that few guides can. We started the tour with a stroll through the historic center, where Gigi shared fascinating insights about Naples' ancient origins, from the Roman era to the medieval and Renaissance periods. He even took us to some lesser-known spots that we would never have discovered on our own, like charming alleyways, tucked-away churches, and small local markets full of authentic Neapolitan life.

Great option to get to know the Amalfi Coast and even more if you come by Cruise!
We took this tour down from the Cruise and were very concerned about being on time for the return, but they were very cautious and responsible with the times. We highly recommend this way of knowing such spectacular places since being a private tour, you go at your own pace, very comfortable and driving on these routes is quite a feat. Angelo Savarese, was our driver, extremely friendly, cheerful, willing, and answering, with his good English, all our questions about the places, and above all, he took great care of us. They are actually all very nice people, including Atilio, who helped us plan what best suited our needs.

Private Tour to the Amalfi Coast, Positano and Ravello: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Naples.
How much does Private Tour to the Amalfi Coast, Positano and Ravello cost?
+
Prices start at $90 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Naples usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Tour to the Amalfi Coast, Positano and Ravello take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Naples is not rushed.
Is Private Tour to the Amalfi Coast, Positano and Ravello worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Naples, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Tour to the Amalfi Coast, Positano and Ravello?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Tour to the Amalfi Coast, Positano and Ravello suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Tour to the Amalfi Coast, Positano and Ravello?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Naples can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Naples and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Tour to the Amalfi Coast, Positano and Ravello start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Naples within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Naples?
+
On Outty we rank every Naples experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Private Amalfi Coast Tour from Sorrento/Naples/Salerno, Caserta Royal Palace & Gardens Small Group Tour with Shuttle, Naples Pizza and Tiramisu Cooking Class. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Naples?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Naples?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
