Langkawi Sky Bridge
Measuring at 125m in length, the structure ranks among the world’s longest curve suspension bridge and constructing it was not an easy feat as the solutions had to factor the following critical elements; structural balancing from a single point (top of the pylon), optimal weight management and load distribution, pre-fabrication of bridge and on site installation. The entire bridge, in all its elements had to be lifted to the top of the mountain by helicopter and was later assembled to its current position. Price for SkyBridge is RM6.00 for adult and RM4.00 for children. Currently, ticket can be purchased at SkyBridge Ticketing Counter at Top Station.

Langkawi was endorsed as the 52nd Global Geopark by UNESCO on 1st June 2007, making it the 1st geopark in Malaysia and the South East Asia region. Great tour with Zaidi
Zaidi was very nice and flexible. Besides the amazing tour itself, he is very easy to chat and have fun with, which made the day very pleasant and memorable. We had great time, highly recommend.

Must see …but good weather conditions essential
We got lucky with the weather. We finished the tour and then the rain came in heavy! The cable car and bridge are a must see. But you don’t really want to do it if it rains! We had a great driver and although we couldn’t do the waterfall and beach due to rain, he drove us to the eagle in Kuah.

Great tour of the Langkawi highlights
This was a very good tour of the highlights of Langkawi. We spent enough time at the cable car to see everything there and we also enjoyed a nice 2 hour boat ride at the Kilim Geoforest Park. Our driver “Shon” was very friendly and helpful and spoke English very well. Thank you for a great day in Langkawi.

Not what it shows
I was really disappointed with how this itinerary was presented versus what was actually included. The listing shows multiple attractions with “admission included,” such as SkyDome, SkyRex, 3D Art in Paradise, and others. However, in reality, the only attractions we actually received admission for were the Sky Bridge and the cable car. Everything else listed as “admission included” was not provided or wasn’t even part of our experience. This felt very misleading, as we planned our day expecting access to several activities that simply didn’t happen. On top of that, we were encouraged by the driver to go on a mangrove tour, which ended up being an additional cost. Because of this detour, we also had to pay extra for an additional hour, which was not originally expected. Overall, the experience did not match the description, and there needs to be much clearer communication about what is actually included. Transparency would have made a big difference here.
