We will visit Loulé Municipal Market, one of the best examples of the Arabic revivalist style - The Old Town streets of Loulé with its traditional houses and where you will see the copper master working his traditional cataplana and other items, the local ladies weaving dworf palm trees leaves, sewing and linking each branche, producing so many different objects: bags, carry cots, baskets, and more traditional or innovative objects. - The cobblestone traditional shopping street

Olhão's unique architecture creates a particular urban panorama. One of Olhão’s most iconic features is its network of cubist-style houses. These Cubist structures showcase the city's artistic spirit and unique approach to architecture. The first stop on our tour is the municipal market. Set along the waterfront, this building stands out among the white houses with its red-brick walls and green domes. There are two sections: one with fruits and vegetables and local dry products, and another solely dedicated to fish and seafood, like clams, mussels, and oysters. We will walk to the town centre along the traditional streets where you will find traditional Portuguese buildings with their traditional tiles and iron balconies and also you will see the cubist houses.

Welcome to Faro, the capital of our stunning Algarve region! Our tour will take you on a captivating journey through this enchanting city, known for its history, beautiful landscapes, and vibrant culture. Our first stop is in the heart of Faro, the Old Town. We will visit the Cathedral of Faro, a Gothic religious structure that offers a look at the past and panoramic views of the city from the rooftop terrace of the Bell Tower. As Faro is also home to the beautiful Ria Formosa Natural Park, a protected area with diverse ecosystems, salt marshes, and an abundance of bird species, from the top of the Cathedral we can admire that beautiful view. Our tour will then take us to Arco da Vila, one of the ancient city entrances. During our visit to Faro, you will have the opportunity to pass through the traditional shopping streets and stroll through the cobblestones streets.

An unforgettable experience thanks to an extraordinary guide!
Four Romanians at the end of their trip... after ten days in fascinating Portugal (Porto and the Algarve)... what else could possibly impress us? Johnny—our wonderful guide—made our final day in Portugal absolutely amazing with this tour. His enthusiasm is simply contagious! Instead of a boring list of historical dates, he shared fascinating, lively stories and details you won't find in any brochure. He answered all our questions patiently and with a smile, maintaining a fantastic atmosphere within the group from start to finish. What impressed us the most? He showed a genuine interest in our Romanian culture, drew parallels with Portuguese culture, and learned—while also teaching us—about the things we have in common! If you have the chance to take a tour with Johnny, don't hesitate! We recommend it wholeheartedly!

A wonderful day in a very charming Algarve
Congratulations to Johnny for being so attentive. It was a pleasure to hear you because you convey a passion for the Algarve that is even contagious. Very fun but always worried about our well-being. He has always been concerned with our hydration. We love the Loulé market and the ladies of the catering. Lunch in Olhão is superb. Already a little tired because of the heat, João, who everyone knows as Johnny, had the idea of going to the cathedral because it was cooler inside. It was spectacular. I strongly advise Johnny, or João as he is really called, just because he is a wonderful person. Regarding the knowledge he has of the Algarve, Portugal, and many other subjects, it impressed us. My husband and I spent 4 wonderful days with Johnny. He arrived every morning at our hotel on time and always happy. He made sure we saw all the most important places but also allowed for us to customize our daily tours. As a local and having grown up in the Algarves,, Johnny's history is invaluable. We learned so very much. Whether you tour 1 day or 5 days, Johnny is who you need to tour with.

My husband and I spent 4 wonderful days with Johnny. He picked us up at our hotel always on time and happy. He customized our days making sure we saw all important areas and then let us add more as the days went on. Having grown up in the Algarves his history is rich and we learned so much.
