Tuscany Day Trip -Pisa, San Gimignano, Chianti and Siena with wine tasting
The day was good however a couple of constructive feedback points for you 1) when I first looked at the trip the meeting point was at the end of the road the hotel was on, however your e-ticket and website made us go to the main bus station 20 mins tram ride away and the tour guide commented as I hadn’t checked in a Julian’s Bar, as everyone else had. 2) the second point is to do with the final leg of the trip in Siena, when it was pouring with rain and we were about to head back to the bus and the tour guides boss had come up with another great idea for the small cost of €3 everyone could get the trenino back to the bus, half the clients didn’t want to do this and we were made to stand in the rain getting wet whilst the main tour guide waited for the trenino to arrive before the walkers were allowed to set off on foot back to the bus. Had I not stepped up and asked for the walkers to be allowed to walk with a guide without waiting, we would of been soaked!
Response from the operator: Hi Lisa we don't do bus tour you have mistaken the company.

Siena, Pisa
If you are traveling to Italy you must visit these incredible places!! Siena is small medieval city full of restaurants, coffe bars and it’s exquisite medieval taste full of history. Pisa anorher amazing place, its gamous tower and bapisterium at it’s large Plaza. You will meet Pinochio birth city!!
Response from the operator: Thank you for this review. We are happy you've enjoyed the experience and hope to see you back. Grazie

Did not get what we paid for...
First of all, Tuscany is a very beautiful place and there is plenty to enjoy. That is why this tour even got the two stars given. We were told that the tour was supposed to be a minivan with others. However, on the morning, a man with NO ID came up to us and said we were "upgraded" to a personalised tour. He told us that the tour was to Pisa, Siena and San Gimignano. We thought our tour was to include Chianti as well, with a wine tour as was ADVERTISED. When we asked him about the wine tour, he seemed confused and said " if there was time then we could go to Chianti." We were looking foward to wine tasting at Casa Emma as was ADVERTISED, however, it seemed that he did not book our wine tasting at this winery. We told him again about wine tasting again as we were excited about this. When he picked us up from San Gimignano...he looked like he quickly called a small winery nearby to accomodate us at OUR EXPENSE!!! We also had to pay for our own lunch which we assumed was covered because we filled out our dietary needs when booking the tour. We DID NOT get to visit Chianti or get our admission to Casa Emma as was ADVERTISED!!! I would urge viator to use a different tour provider, as TUSCAN SAFARI S.A.S is very UNPROFESSIONAL and were very DISHONEST! Please do not book tours with them!
Response from the operator: We are sorry that you didn't get what you where expecting, unfortunately it seems that you have taken this very personally, without telling our professional guide of what you where thinking, this shows a lack of respect and honesty. This is a small family business and not a multi million company, so we try to provide always the best for our clients. The guide that meet you had a sign with the name of the tour. The minimum number of passengers was not met so we provided a private tour, barley meeting the margin of total cost for us. When you have a private tour the guide tries to understand your needs and accommodate you. The wine tasting was offered in San Gimignano has an alternative, to save you a long drive, but this was not understood. Unfortunately the lunch is not included in the price has you can see from the Viator platform. You should have asked the guide if for you it was different, but you did not say anything, showing again how you are just a lion behind the computer. If we knew of all this we could have refunded you of all the cost, giving you a free ride, but again people like you like to attack behind a computer. The words you've begin using are very offensive, and it's sad to read them, when you've tried to give the best.

Private Tour Tastes of Tuscany: Pisa, Siena and Chianti: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Florence.
How much does Private Tour Tastes of Tuscany: Pisa, Siena and Chianti cost?
+
Prices start at $145 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Florence usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Tour Tastes of Tuscany: Pisa, Siena and Chianti take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Florence is not rushed.
Is Private Tour Tastes of Tuscany: Pisa, Siena and Chianti worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.7/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Florence, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Tour Tastes of Tuscany: Pisa, Siena and Chianti?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Tour Tastes of Tuscany: Pisa, Siena and Chianti suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Tour Tastes of Tuscany: Pisa, Siena and Chianti?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Florence can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Florence and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Tour Tastes of Tuscany: Pisa, Siena and Chianti start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Florence within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Florence?
+
On Outty we rank every Florence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best tour in Florence: Renaissance & Medici Tales - guided by a STORYTELLER, Florence Pizza or Pasta Class & Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm, Small group Tuscan Wineries, Olive Oil & Gourmet Lunch or Dinner. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Florence?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Florence?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
