What you get

    About this experience

Everything about this fortress seems straight out of a fairy tale. While from the outside you only see an ancient stone wall with its tall towers and Almohad arches, inside you can admire one of the most magnificent Andalusian palaces. Likewise, in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, Seville's former Jewish quarter, where only narrow streets await, I will help you understand what it meant to be Sephardic in ancient times. With me, you can enjoy all the legends, history, and architecture of a palace and a neighborhood that, even today, remain vibrant.

Highly Recommend for Families, Couples & Children

Isabel is absolutely wonderful and her English is excellent. We enjoyed this tour very much. Learning about the Royal Palace, the Jewish Quarter, and seeing the places where game of thrones was filmed in Sevilla was extremely interesting and fun. Highly recommend booking Isabel for tours if you are in Sevilla.

Perfect morning visit to the Alcazar and Jewish Quarter with Isabel

I have used Isabel as a tour guide a few times over the past few years when friends or family have visited and never been disappointed. This visit was no different, as several family members were visiting Sevilla for my son’s wedding, and it made for a perfect morning visit with Isabel to the Royal Palace(Alcazar) of Sevilla and to the Jewish Quarter (Barrio de Santa Cruz). She is extremely knowledgeable and informed, and you feel like you really have learned so much from her in a personal way, that you cannot do on your own or in a huge tour group. We began with a morning walk through the beautiful Jewish Quarter learning the history of those who lived there, why, what occurred, why the streets have the curious names they have, and besides dates and facts, some interesting anecdotes and legends as well. We then continued on to the Alcazar which is full of so much fascinating history and beauty. It was a busy day in the palace, but Isabel managed the tour well for our small group and kept us together and engaged. We finished in the gorgeous gardens which we strolled at our leisure. Our tour was in English since we were all from the US, and there was no issue with language as Isabel speaks English very well. Everyone enjoyed themselves thanks to Isabel’s expertise and engaging personality.

Response from the operator: Patricia, I want to thank you for your trust in me since the first day. I'm very grateful to you for trusting me your friends and family. Thank you very much.

Private tour Royal Palace+Old Jewish neighbourhood: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seville.

How much does Private tour Royal Palace+Old Jewish neighbourhood cost?

    +

Prices start at $237 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seville usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Private tour Royal Palace+Old Jewish neighbourhood take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seville is not rushed.

Is Private tour Royal Palace+Old Jewish neighbourhood worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seville, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Private tour Royal Palace+Old Jewish neighbourhood?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Private tour Royal Palace+Old Jewish neighbourhood suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Private tour Royal Palace+Old Jewish neighbourhood?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seville can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seville and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Private tour Royal Palace+Old Jewish neighbourhood start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seville within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Seville?

    +

On Outty we rank every Seville experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Seville Tapas Crawl Tour by Food Lover Tour, Seville: Paella & Tapas Cooking Class + Triana Market Tour, Sevilla Food Tour: Tapas, Wine, History & Traditions. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Seville?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Seville?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
