This excursion is intended for all lovers of traditional Moroccan hammam. Unlike the Turkish hammam, the Moroccan hammam is not a steam bath, but a dry heat hammam. We will first let you enjoy the pleasant warmth of the bath. Then, we will apply black knowledge all over your body before carrying out an exfoliation followed by a massage. The key word: relax!

Good facilities, poor care and unprofessional service
I decided to try this Hammam because, being honest, I dare not go to anyone in Casablanca for its well-known reputation. There are more "luxurious" options, but I am not willing to pay 1,000 dh for showering. The Hammam of Hassan II Mosque is reputed to be decent, clean, modern, very large and also economical, so it was an easy choice. However, I was negatively surprised that the official website and its online booking system do not work, something typical in Morocco. They also don’t respond to any of the phones listed on Google, so the only option is to go directly and hope it’s not full. In my case, I had to wait 45 minutes. For such a modern and lush place, the reception leaves much to be desired. There are only two employees working reluctantly, the cafeteria is closed and there is no waiting room, so people pile up at the entrance. Customer service is not what you would expect from a place of this standard; the traditional Arabic hospitality and welcome that characterizes hammams here is shone by its absence. I opted for a complete 450 dh pack, including soap, scrubbing, argan oil massage and ghasoul wrap. Unfortunately, employees who perform these services are not qualified. The gentleman who took care of me and did his best was a bricklayer who decided to change his profession, and that says it all. Regarding hygiene and the condition of the facilities, they are impeccable, which is appreciated. If you decide to go, my Recommendation is not to take any packs. It is better to go with someone or in a group and perform the scrubbing between you, which is the most important thing. Then enjoy a good shower and relax in the sauna. Instead, I've heard that the women's part is fine, so my review is only on the men's section.

+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
