There, you will discover the evolution from traditional methods to modern production and visit the vineyards to learn about the grape varieties, the landscape, and the characteristics of this historic wine region. The experience will conclude with a guided tasting of 3 or 4 wines accompanied by extra virgin olive oil and cheese.
