About this experience
Our guide will lead you through the beauty and the history of the gardens once belonged to the Medici family and tell you about the architecture, flowers, trees and rare plants that you will admire during the tour. Once out of the Boboli Gardens, few steps away our guide will lead you to the entrance of the Bardini gardens, once belonged to Stefano Bardini, a famous Antique dealer of the Eighteen century. The garden is an outdoor museum with art pieces from different ages. Enjoy the unique view of Florence skyline from the panoramic terrace of the Garden and if you want have a coffee or a drink at the cafeteria. In April and May you can be so lucky to admire the famous wisteria tunnel that makes this garden even more famous. The walk from the top of the garden is now all downhill!

Little gem in Brooksville.
The Green Door in Brooksville is a great little gem. It is small but mightly. The menu is definitely lovely and the food excellent. The Everglades Catfish with Etoufee is off the charts. The fried green tomatoes are not to be missed! Would have like a little more room in our booth, way too narrow. Would ask for a table with chairs in the middle of the room next time. Wine list is acceptable. Service was great and the chef was trying to be very accomodating with husband's food allergies. Sadly there were only a few things he could eat. Would call ahead next time and see if they can't offer more options for him as we loved the restaurant.

Avoid
I wanted to visit the Boboli Gardens yesterday, and it was a huge disappointment to see that there are massive construction sites in this garden. It is unacceptable to charge visitors who cannot see the majority of the artworks. Given the extent of the construction, it would be advisable to lower the admission fee for the visit!!! I wanted to see the photos attached to my article

Great tour - but walking tour
Excellent tour;however, it does not include vehicle transportation to Gardens - you will be walking.

Amazing Tour
Our tour of the Boboli & Bardini Gardens was just amazing. I have been to Italy many times over the years, and love to take tours as the information I absorb from a local company/guide is so much better than a guide book. Italian Vista has been my go to for any tour. The Boboli/Bardini Garden tour was just wonderful. Hearing the background of the gardens, and walking with our guide made it even more special. The local guides have such knowledge, and what I enjoy the most is the small facts or backstory behind each place I tour. I like the small bits of information they gave me regarding the design, Florentine Families, and the entire process of the how and why of the gardens. The entire process from booking to tour was seamless. They have such a personal touch and are truly interested in sharing their knowledge of Florence and beyond.

Why this scores 55
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private tour of Boboli and Bardini gardens, Florence green heart: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Florence.
How much does Private tour of Boboli and Bardini gardens, Florence green heart cost?
+
Prices start at $50 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Florence usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private tour of Boboli and Bardini gardens, Florence green heart take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Florence is not rushed.
Is Private tour of Boboli and Bardini gardens, Florence green heart worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Florence, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private tour of Boboli and Bardini gardens, Florence green heart?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private tour of Boboli and Bardini gardens, Florence green heart suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private tour of Boboli and Bardini gardens, Florence green heart?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Florence can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Florence and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private tour of Boboli and Bardini gardens, Florence green heart start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Florence within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Florence?
+
On Outty we rank every Florence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best tour in Florence: Renaissance & Medici Tales - guided by a STORYTELLER, Florence Pizza or Pasta Class & Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm, Small group Tuscan Wineries, Olive Oil & Gourmet Lunch or Dinner. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Florence?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Florence?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
