Good but too much expensive !!
We spent a very good day but the price was very high. We paid a lot only for the driver, the ropeway and the food weren't included. There wasn't even a bottle of water or food during the whole day, we waited for the evening to eat....It's a theft for tourits. We were expecting much more for the day. Anyway thanks to the driver, but I advice you to take the tour in another agency for a better price and many more services.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent experience with us. We are pleased to hear that you had a good day and appreciate your kind words about our driver. We understand your concerns regarding the inclusions of the tour. Our pricing reflects the quality of service and the overall experience we aim to provide. However, we would like to highlight that our prices and the details of what is included are clearly listed on Viator, where many of our customers check for pricing and inclusions before booking. This transparency allows guests to make informed decisions about their experiences. Our goal is to deliver a memorable experience, and we are constantly working to enhance our offerings. Thank you for your insights, and we hope you might consider us again for your future travels. Best regards,

Amazing Trip
Very well planned and managed overnight private tour with Jan Armenia. Starting from Lilit, the tour coordinator to the amazing driver Artyom all went beyond my expectations. Lilit gave us a very fair deal, managed and monitored the whole trip and assaigned us a very friendly and knowledgable driver. Artyom acted like a “real” driver and a tour guide (eventhough I did not requested one). He was very, very knowledgable about every single village/town/stop and did not hesitate to inform us about all the details. We are very pleased and happy with the two day tour and I would definitely use them again for my future trips.
Response from the operator: Dear Meghmik, thanks for choosing us and also thank you for taking your time to write the review. Hope to see you in Armenia again!

When is the best time to visit Yerevan?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Yerevan?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
