A Lovely Tour of Punta Del Este
Paola provided a thorough but relaxed paced tour of Punta Del Este Uruguay on our recent private excursion from our cruise ship. She and the driver met us at the tender port, and after seeing the local market, we left to visit several lovely places at this beautiful port. I had thought this would be a laid back beachside resort, but it was so much more, with lovely lush greenery everywhere on our way to the higher levels and beautiful hilltop views. At the end of the tour we had a lovely lunch on the beach right at the tender port at the Shark Restaurant. A great ending to our Patagonia cruise in Punta Del Este!
