It is a New Spain civil palace from the 16th century, a historical monument located in Cuernavaca, Morelos (Mexico), ordered to be built by Hernán Cortés in the immediate years after the Conquest of Mexico. It was his residence, after living in Mexico City, where he settled the encomienda given upon receiving the Marquis of the Valley of Oaxaca. It bears an enormous similarity to the Alcázar de Colón in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, which predates this one (1506). It is currently the headquarters of the Cuauhnáhuac Regional Museum, inaugurated on February 1, 1974.

Santa Prisca de Taxco
The Temple of Santa Prisca is a colonial monument that is located in the city of Taxco de Alarcón, in the north of the state of Guerrero, Mexico. It is a building built in the 1750s (more precisely, between the years 1751 and 1758), dedicated to Catholic worship in that town whose main activity was - and continues to be - silver mining. The construction was ordered by José de la Borda, one of the most prosperous mining entrepreneurs in the Taxco region in the 18th century. Although he had arrived in Taxco only about thirty-five years before the construction of the Santa Prisca temple, José de la Borda was already one of the most important figures of the mineral, which is why the Archdiocese of Mexico allowed him to erect the parish at your entire taste

The Borda Square or Zócalo de Taxco, is the main square of Taxco de Alarcón, located in the Historic Center, it was founded on January 1, 1978 and is surrounded by farms and the Parish of Santa Prisca, between small streets and winding alleys , roofs, terraces and facades of lime that hang from the slopes and ravines. Garden Borda Cultural Center
The Borda Garden is a historical museum located in the city of Cuernavaca and is located in what was the summer mansion of the wealthy miner from Taxco, José de la Borda. During the Second Mexican Empire, the Emperor of Mexico, Maximiliano de Habsburgo together with his wife Carlota Amalia chose this place as their summer residence and because of this, the road from Mexico City to Cuernavaca was improved.

Excellent Tour!
This was a great tour. We traded Cuernavaca for a visit to the Xochicalco ruins instead which was amazing. All three locations would not have been possible. The guide knew a lot about the ruins and we had a great visit to a very sparsely visited site. We rode in nice clean van with a great driver. Taxco was amazing as well and we had a great lunch overlooking the town.

The best
Ramon was awesome. He is so knowledgeable and professional. He explained over and above what was included in our trip from the history of the olmecs, tetihuacans, to various different regions in Mexico along with photos and Ipad pictures. The lunch was great. Daniel the driver was verry friendly too. Honestly i had a couple of group/individual tours before and this by far was the best!

Great visit to two beautiful Mexican towns.
Ramon is so knowledgeable and engaging. We had a long day, to Cuernavaca and Taxco so had much time together. I especially loved his descriptions of the Rivera murals and the cathedral. Antonio is a very careful and polite driver. We felt very safe and were able to use our time to the best advantage

Excellent Experience All Around!
Excellent Private Tour to Taxco. We were treated royally by our knowledgeable guide Carlos and our driver Carlos. We called them Carlos squared. We added stops in both locations and the guide paid the entrance fees. We changed the lunch time also. Everything was very customizable. We were very pleased with the full day experience.
