Another wonderful tour with Turkey Private Tours!

I have been using Ertunga's company, Turkey Private Tours, since 2010. He provides wonderful guides who will give you a truly memorable tour and experience wherever you are in Turkey. I really appreciate that his guides customize your tour for you so you can see what you want to see. For example, we aren't shoppers and don't want to waste time at a carpet factory when we know we aren't going to buy a carpet. We would much rather spend time at the sites we want to see. Private tours are worth every penny!! Our guide in Ephesus (Umut) was wonderful! Thank you, Ertunga, for another wonderful tour and experience! We will be back!

    good guide

Get a good guide as lots of this is non-explained. There is a covered area that you have to pay extra for and it is worth it if you want to see mosaics and wall frescos. The slope is covered in houses with no roofs so you get to see inside. Well worth allowing extra time for this bit. The whole of Ephesus is amazing. It was very hot and crowded but I am glad I went.

We booked this for our Greece...

We booked this for our Greece cruise. Very surprised to get off the ship and discover it was truly a private tour. I guess we expected it to be a small group tour. Our guide was so pleasant and very knowledgeable. She took us to the House of Mary, Ephesus, a carpet weaving factory demonstration, a leather outlet. We also had a delicious local traditional lunch. We had a really great experience in Kusadasi. Highly recommend this tour.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
