    Great Day at the Castles!

Unfortunately the tour had to start an hour later than planned which meant we did not have time to go to the alpine slides, but the driver and tour guide instead took us on a scenic drive into Austria and then into another historic German city which really pleased us. Our ticket entrance time for Neuschwanstein also got missed. But Viator ensured we had tickets for a later time so that the castle did not get missed. The tour guide was very informative and kind and made the day very enjoyable. And using the tour to get from place to place and see all we got to see was well worth the expense.

Response from the operator: Dear Kathi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the Private Tour to Neuschwanstein and Linderhof Palaces. I sincerely apologize for the delay in starting the tour and for the missed opportunity to visit the Alpine slides. I’m pleased to hear that our team was able to arrange a scenic drive through Austria and another historic German city, and that this alternative was enjoyable for you. I’m also glad to report that our German expert Julia wouldn’t let you miss out on Neuschwanstein, and she ensured we secured a later entrance time so you could still experience the castle. I appreciate your kind words about our tour guide and the overall value of the tour. Your feedback is important to us, and we are committed to improving our services based on your experience. If you have any further concerns or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you once again for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to address these issues. Best regards, Natalia Vexperio

A visit everybody must do at least once

Eric spoke our language (Spanish) and gave us the history context of the two castles we were going to visit. That made the trip so much interesting. Very professional person. Thank you Eric!

The castles were incredible to visit, highly recommend . The drive was beautiful and the car was comfortable. The driver was excellent. The price seemed to be double what I know others have paid.
