AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Trip was terrible. I was contacted during the day to say the sea would be rough at the start of the trip but would calm down the further we went out. This ended up me and my partner sitting in the underside of the boat soaked. This was booked for a proposal we didn’t even get to our destination before having to ask the driver to turn back due to safety. All it mattered to the company was that they were able to take our money. Once we arrived back to sorrento port after not getting our full allowed time, the operator demanded full payment and was aggressive and argumentative. I wasn’t able to propose however the operator continue to call my partner my fiancée, this then blew my special moment along with ruining my trip. I was bombared the next day with messages from the company and the operator. STAY AWAY from booking with this company, scam and fraud to take money from tourists. If the sea was too rough it should be cancelled and not down to the guests to make the decision and told it would calm down the further you went out. The boat also wasn’t ready when we arrived. The driver out on the trip told us this company normally just send out trips regardless of the weather and he sided with us that it was unsafe. After arriving back he changed his tone due to his boss being there and turned on us and left us in a destressing situation.

Before the tour, you were clearly informed about the sea conditions and the possibility of rough water on the Sorrento coast. Through the agency, you were offered several alternatives: a full cancellation with refund, changing the date, or departing from the Positano side, where the sea was calmer. Despite these options, you chose to proceed with the tour from Sorrento. Knowing the conditions, we also upgraded the boat to a larger and more enclosed gozzo to provide additional protection and comfort. We normally collect payment before departure, but for a marriage proposal we made an exception, as we did not want to affect such a special moment. The skipper explained that the sea conditions were expected to improve shortly after the initial stretch. When you returned to Sorrento, the wind and sea had indeed calmed, as previously communicated. Regarding the payment, after returning to port there was a discussion regarding the amount due. We ultimately accepted a payment of less than half of the agreed price, despite the boat, fuel, and skipper having been reserved exclusively for your service. We understand that this was an important occasion for you, and we are sorry that the proposal did not happen as planned. The use of the word "fiancée" by one of our team members was simply an unfortunate wording mistake and was never intended to affect your special moment. We always do our best to offer solutions and accommodate our guests, especially in situations affected by weather conditions. In this case, all available alternatives were communicated in advance, and we respected your decision to proceed with the tour.

Sunset cruise to Capri
We went on a sunset cruise to Capri and Stefano and Abigail were amazing! The boat was clean, the sights were beautiful and to top it off, they were so helpful at pulling off a romantic surprise proposal with custom music playing and everything. Abigail also took better pictures than a professional photographer. I would 100% go on another boat cruise with them.
