Good way to use up time on last day
Having many hours to kill on my last day, this was a good use of that time. Guide was very nice and we sat and chatted about all sorts whilst having fika. She also told me some history of Gamla Stan.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing this thoughtful review! We're so glad you enjoyed spending your last day with our host, making the most of your time with meaningful conversation. It’s wonderful to hear that the history of Gamla Stan added depth to your experience. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope to see you on more memorable experiences in the future!

An awesome tour!
Thanks to Ana, our amazing tour guide, we had a wonderful time walking in the beautiful city of Stockholm and learning about the many historical sites we visited there. From the time Ana met us at the Central Train Station until she escorted us back there and made sure we got on the correct train to our out-of-the-city hotel location, our day was totally awesome! Ana’s knowledge and enthusiasm about the city, her engaging personality, and her commitment to making sure we were happy with our tour made the day so much fun! The Fika was wonderful, and shopping for souvenirs was also a treat (such a cute shop, with beautiful products made in Sweden). A truly outstanding experience from start to finish — Thank you Ana!
Response from the operator: We're delighted to hear about your wonderful experience with Ana in Stockholm! From historical sites to Fika and souvenir shopping, her knowledge, enthusiasm, and commitment to your satisfaction made it a truly outstanding day. Thank you for choosing us, and a special thanks to Ana for creating memorable moments for you!

Way more than just coffee & cake!
Zenid was an incredible tour guide - full of funny stories and historical facts from a unique perspective. One of the most informative and enjoyable tours of our trip, not to mention how delicious the sweets were. Thank you Zenid for answering all of our questions and ensuring that we got to taste Princess Cake William & Diane - NJ
Response from the operator: Dear William and Diane, thank you for your glowing review. We will of course share it with Zenid and the whole team at City Unscripted. We hope to see you again soon in one of our destinations!

Awesome tour guide
Thanks for a great time today Monika. I've mixed up my reviews so I've asked your team to change yours as follows ; I came to Stockholm more to meet the locals and see the area, not so much the tourist scene. Whilst the locals are happy to help they're a little stand'ish. Monika was quite the opposite. Very willing to share her knowledge of Stockholm and many other countries as she's been to many. I found her insights very useful. Every moment of my time on this tour was more enjoyable than I had hoped for. When I get home I'm going to make sure my son knows what he missed out on. I highly commend Monika

Why this scores 61
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Stockholm Fika Tour with a Local: Coffee, Culture & Cafés: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Stockholm.
How much does Private Stockholm Fika Tour with a Local: Coffee, Culture & Cafés cost?
+
Prices start at $146 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Stockholm usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Stockholm Fika Tour with a Local: Coffee, Culture & Cafés take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Stockholm is not rushed.
Is Private Stockholm Fika Tour with a Local: Coffee, Culture & Cafés worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Stockholm, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Stockholm Fika Tour with a Local: Coffee, Culture & Cafés?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Stockholm Fika Tour with a Local: Coffee, Culture & Cafés suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Stockholm Fika Tour with a Local: Coffee, Culture & Cafés?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Stockholm can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Stockholm and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Stockholm Fika Tour with a Local: Coffee, Culture & Cafés start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Stockholm within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Stockholm?
+
On Outty we rank every Stockholm experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Stockholm: Walking Tour of the Old Town, Best of Stockholm: Small Group Walking Tour (Max 10, 3 Hours), Vasa Museum Guided Tour, Including Ticket & Guide. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Stockholm?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Stockholm?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
