Fishing with fun
It was a brilliant trip out, and everyone, even my youngest at 12, could get involved and really enjoyed it with captain Robert. We have been on this trip before and will most certainly go again when we visit Daytona next time.
Response from the operator: Thank you for the wonderful review! 🎣 We’re glad Captain Robert made the trip fun for everyone, especially your youngest angler. It means a lot to have you fish with us again, and we look forward to seeing your family next time you’re in Daytona! 😊

We Enjoyed it so much...
We went out with Bass Online guided by Capt. Peter last year and enjoyed it so much we went back. Great captain; he helped us to catch a new PB bass. Well-maintained boat and gear, highly recommended.
Response from the operator: Thanks for coming back for another fishing adventure! 🎣 We’re glad Captain Peter helped make your return trip just as memorable and even helped you land a new personal best bass. With a well-kept boat, quality gear, and a great day on the water, we appreciate your recommendation and hope to see you again soon! 🐟

Wonderful experience for all
Our trip with Bass Online is one of my most memorable days, and I would highly recommend adding this to your list of 'things to do' while visiting the river. Captain Peter was great, guys, and asked what we wanted from the trip. We caught a lot of Largemouth bass (which I really did not believe). It was amazing! Thanks so much!!
Response from the operator: We’re so glad your fishing trip became one of the highlights of your visit! 🎣 Captain Peter’s personal approach and knowledge helped create an unforgettable day, with plenty of largemouth bass to make the experience even better. We appreciate the recommendation and hope to see you back on the river for another great adventure! 😊

5 out of 5...YOU ARE IN EXPERT HANDS.
After booking a charter with David, it was on time, and the weather that day was perfect. I would recommend them any time. In fact, I can't wait to go again; they made me feel so welcome. My daughter came along on her 1st trip, and they made her feel very welcome and answered all her questions, and my daughter caught his new PB Largemouth bass. Totally worth it!
Response from the operator: Nothing beats seeing a young angler land a new personal best! 🎣 We're so glad Captain David made both you and your daughter feel right at home from the moment you arrived. Creating a fun, welcoming experience—especially for first-time memories like this—is what it's all about. We're thrilled the weather cooperated and that your daughter's PB Largemouth Bass made the trip one to remember. Thanks so much for the recommendation, and we can't wait to welcome your family back for another great day on the water! 😄

Why this scores 70
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private St. Johns River Bass Charter Near Daytona Beach: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Daytona Beach.
How much does Private St. Johns River Bass Charter Near Daytona Beach cost?
+
Prices start at $225 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Daytona Beach usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private St. Johns River Bass Charter Near Daytona Beach take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Daytona Beach is not rushed.
Is Private St. Johns River Bass Charter Near Daytona Beach worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 45 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Daytona Beach, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private St. Johns River Bass Charter Near Daytona Beach?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private St. Johns River Bass Charter Near Daytona Beach suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private St. Johns River Bass Charter Near Daytona Beach?
+
Around 16 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Daytona Beach can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Daytona Beach and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private St. Johns River Bass Charter Near Daytona Beach start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Daytona Beach within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Daytona Beach?
+
Daytona Beach combines Daytona International Speedway tours and ride-alongs with beach days on hard-packed sand, airboat rides, dolphin cruises and St Augustine day trips. On Outty we rank every Daytona Beach experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Daytona Beach Dolphin & Manatee Tour – Paddleboard or Kayak, New Smyrna Dolphin and Manatee Kayak and SUP Adventure Tour, Polynesian Fire and Dinner Show Ticket in Daytona Beach. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Daytona Beach?
+
March to May and September to November. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Daytona Beach?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
