Give this company a wide berth
Don’t even bother with this company. Extremely poor communication and badly executed operation, so bad in fact I thought it was a scam and left wondering if anything would actually come of it. I had to track the operators down via their parent or associated company to get any response. It was always me reaching out to confirm things. Very badly disorganised and then no guidance or narration on the day of the tour. I was just dropped off in Aix and told I’d be collected in an hour. That’s it. No narration or map or guidance as to what were the highlights or interesting parts of that town. Left to wander aimlessly by myself wondering if the whole day I had paid handsomely for was going to be like this. When I was collected, I discussed the arrangement with the driver to say I had been promised a guide who would actually tell me about the places I was visiting, etc. I was told that it wasn’t a guided tour but I would just be dropped off with no info … basically left to wander. I advised him the tour brief was worded very differently. The driver then put in the work to make it a guided day and enjoyable one but I was left with a strange feeling in my gut about this whole operation and whole tour. Something just wasn’t right. Would I book or recommend this operator again, no I wouldn’t. Overall I thought I’d lost a lot of money and I was left sweating to see whether I’d lost a lot of my money. The guide very hard to make it up. Not a good way to start a holiday and this was not a luxury tour, nor was it professional one. Don’t risk it

Wonderful experience in Marseille with driver/tour guide Anoir with a private group of 7 family members. We booked last minute and were graciously accommodated by the tour operator through Viator. Anoir speaks fluent English and French was a wealth of information and very flexible.
