We had an excellent experience. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and every pickup was perfectly on time. The service was smooth, professional and very well organized. The drivers were polite, careful, and drove safely, which made us feel relaxed throughout the journey. Great and well organized trip

We had a great experience with Sam’s Private Transfers. The service was punctual, safe, and very well organized from start to finish. Our driver was kind, careful on the road and always made sure we were comfortable. What really stood out to us was the driver’s honesty and humility. He shared with us that many local Vietnamese drivers like him are not very confident in English, and that if their English were stronger, they might have more opportunities for better-paid office or corporate jobs. Despite that, he works incredibly hard and genuinely cares about his passengers. You can truly feel the sincerity and effort they put into their work. This is not just a transfer service — it’s people doing their best with pride. We would absolutely recommend Sam’s Private Transfers and would happily use their service again.

Comfortable, punctual and reliable

We booked the 9 seat vip bus, that was worth it, seats were very comfortable, the trunk was big enough, we were 4 adults 2 small children and 2 babies everything fit in. They even got car seats. The driver was very punctual and had a very good and reliable driving style, could sleep even 2 hours. Can I recommend to anyone who wants to be a bit more comfortable on the road.

Overall unhappy

The drive is very boring and terrible Only couple of possible stops along the 5 hour trip which are also horrible and not clean. The coach is not that spacious or comfortable as the picture makes it look . The driver did not speak any English. It was very cold in the car.
