Naksan Park
Naksan Park gets its name from its camel hump-like appearance. In Korean ‘nakta’ means camel and ‘san’ means mountain. So people refer to the park as Nakta Park or Naksan Park. The mountain is a solid granite bedrock. The Joseon royal family enjoyed the natural beauty of the granite mountain, but during the Japanese Colonial Period, a hasty manner of urban planning resulted in the demolition of most parts of the mountain. In an effort to save the remaining green belts, Naksan was designated as a park on June 10, 2002. Located in the center of the Seoul, this historical and beautiful park allows its visitors to view the magnificence of the entire city.

First night and first visit to Seoul expertly guided
Kim was super friendly and helpful. He explained all the food options in advance to ensure we knew exactly what is involved - pork with the pork bbq (😉). His knowledge of the area, the history, the customs, is exactly why we booked a private tour for our first trip into this lovely city. We were not disappointed. We were super impressed and we have hopefully retained enough information for a million other things to try ourselves during the remainder of our short break. He gave us the confidence and knowledge to this. Thank you!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review. It was a real pleasure to have you with us and help make your first experience in Seoul special. We especially glad that the food, local customs, history, and little details helped you feel more comfortable exploring Korea on your own. That’s exactly what we hope to provide through our private tours—not just sightseeing, but the confidence to enjoy the rest of your trip like a local. Thank you again for choosing our tour, and Our world best tour guide Kim is happy to hear your compliment. We hope you have an amazing time discovering more of Seoul..!!

We enjoyed a lovely...
We enjoyed a lovely evening exploring Seoul with Chance KIM. The tour started at sunset and continued into the night, and Chance provided insightful explanations and historical context throughout. He was also very flexible, adapting the itinerary to our preferences and constraints, which we appreciated. The choice of restaurant for Korean BBQ and the culinary discoveries at the traditional night market were delightful surprises. Chance also shared his candid thoughts on modern Korean society and his personal experiences, which added depth to the tour and made the evening even more engaging. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and enriching experience. We’d recommend this tour to others looking to explore Seoul after dark. Thank you, Chance, for a great evening!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind review. It was a pleasure spending the evening with you and sharing Seoul’s history, food, and culture. I’m delighted you enjoyed the experience and the local discoveries..!!

An Unforgettable Night Tour of Seoul with Kim
My family and I loved this private tour with Kim. All the views of Seoul this night tour provided were second to none. Going up to the tower was awesome. Naksan Park at night is a game changer when it comes to great views of Seoul at night. The Kwangjang Market is historic along with the foods/snacks. Kim’s attention to detail on this tour was terrific as he explained and showed us how a traditional Korean BBQ is done. Kim educated my family and I on this tour and we are truly grateful to him. Thank you Kim for a job well done!

Private Seoul Night with Kim
We landed and jumped right into our private Seoul night with Kim. This was a perfect way to take in all the night lights and peaks. He forwarned us there would be some climbing but the view was so worth it! Kim prepared our Korean BBQ which was very tasty and he was right, the Hotteok in Kwangjang Market was the best!
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your wonderful review Ms Sharon. We’re delighted you enjoyed your Seoul night tour with Kim, Our guide Kim said he enjoyed a lot the tour with your members too. We hope to welcome you again on your next visit to Korea.

+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 94 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seoul, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seoul and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

When is the best time to visit Seoul?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seoul?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
