IMPORTANT!
I haven’t received the refund the company had canceled the tour. Please give me the refund back as soon as possible.
Response from the operator: This review belongs to someone who received a refund the same day but has repeatedly demanded money from our company, aiming to harm us. Viator has proven that the refund was issued. In their previous review, they claimed they still hadn't received payment, and we told them they should contact us so we could provide documentation to prove it. Of course, they didn't contact us because they had already received their refund. You should know that we are wary of individuals like you who seek to profit unfairly. Complaints will be filed with TripAdvisor regarding these unfounded reviews.

Lake Tuz Private Tour
All of a sudden it was cancelled on the day of the event and I said I would pay the cancellation fee, but after more than a month, I still haven't received a refund. It's terrible.
Response from the operator: In August, the waters of the salt lake receded, leaving only stones, and knowing you wouldn’t be satisfied, we canceled your tour after consulting with you. We issued a full refund the same day. After you left a negative review claiming you hadn’t received your refund, we contacted Viator customer service, who confirmed the refund had already been processed and stated they didn’t know why you were claiming you hadn’t received it. They also sent you an email confirming the refund. Months later, you again left a negative review unfairly claiming you hadn’t received your refund. If you contact us via WhatsApp at +905376349106, we can prove you received your refund. We await your response; otherwise, we will assume your comments are solely intended to unfairly tarnish our company’s reputation. Finally, we are truly regretful for canceling your tour out of concern for you and to prevent your money from being wasted.

Professional hospitality and photography
Lake Tuz is a long way from Göreme, and as expected, it is not a place to go alone, so I joined the tour. Of all the tour companies, I honestly wasn’t sure where to go, but I decided to go. The bottom line is, you were right! First of all, it was a long distance, and on the way back it was completely dark, but he drove safely. Also, although I don't speak English, they shared various knowledge with me while we were using translators. Seriously, I was never bored in the car. Also, when I was there, there just happened to be no tour-goers, so I was alone with the Guide, who was very kind, courteous, humorous and sincere. He described me as his friend and worked very hard to make good memories of me. In that sense, I thought it was really good to be this tour company. At the salt lake, they entertained me for the whole time and took a lot of photos in time for the sunset. The person who was in charge of me was a Pro photographer and he took such amazing pictures that I wondered if it wasn't me in the picture. In addition, he taught me how to take pictures, and I immediately followed that teaching and took a lot of good pictures during the rest of the tour. Next, I want to take my girlfriend on a tour of this company. I really appreciate the Professional photography skills and Pro hospitality of the Guides who taught me. Once again, I fell in love with Turkey and the Turkish people. Finally, thank you so much for your best travel memories!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your appreciation for our team and great feedback. We would love to host you again in Cappadocia.

Private Salt Lake Tour in Cappadocia: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Goreme.
How much does Private Salt Lake Tour in Cappadocia cost?
+
Prices start at $79 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Goreme usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Salt Lake Tour in Cappadocia take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Goreme is not rushed.
Is Private Salt Lake Tour in Cappadocia worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.4/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Goreme, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Salt Lake Tour in Cappadocia?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Salt Lake Tour in Cappadocia suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Salt Lake Tour in Cappadocia?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Goreme can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Goreme and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Salt Lake Tour in Cappadocia start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Goreme within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Goreme?
+
On Outty we rank every Goreme experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Red (North) Tour Cappadocia (small group) with lunch and tickets, Green (South) Tour Cappadocia (small group) with lunch and ticket, Cappadocia Green Tour - Classic Route (Popular). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Goreme?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Goreme?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
