Impeccable Service from Start to Finish

We initially booked St. Lucia Travel & Tours simply for our airport transfer to Zoëtry Marigot Bay, but we were so impressed with the experience that we ended up booking a private customized island tour with them as well. That probably says more than anything else about the quality of their service. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. They responded promptly when I first requested a quote, followed up before our trip to make sure everything was set, and once we arrived in St. Lucia they remained extremely responsive through WhatsApp. Even a last-minute adjustment to our pickup time for the private tour was handled quickly and graciously. Randy, who is also the company's CEO, was our driver for the airport transfer. After that first experience, we specifically requested him again for our private tour. He was exceptional. The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, and Randy was always professionally dressed and courteous. His driving was excellent, which we especially appreciated on St. Lucia's winding roads. What impressed us most, though, was the personal attention. During our drives, Randy shared interesting insights about the island, its history, fishing villages, local life, and the places we were passing. At the same time, he had a wonderful sense of when to engage in conversation and when to simply let us relax and enjoy the ride. One small moment captured the level of service perfectly. On our way from the airport to the resort, Randy overheard my significant other and me mentioning that we had not eaten since early that morning. Without us even asking, he offered to stop at a local food stand so we could get something to eat. It was a simple gesture, but an incredibly thoughtful one, and exactly the kind of genuine hospitality that stays with you. Our private tour was equally enjoyable and felt truly personalized rather than like a standard, predetermined excursion. We also found their rates to be very competitive, particularly considering the quality of the vehicles, the professionalism, and the level of personal service we received. I also want to recognize Deenel, the office administrator, who was consistently prompt, cordial, and helpful in his communications before, during, and even after our trips. The professionalism clearly extends throughout the company. St. Lucia is a beautiful island, but the people you meet can make a trip even more memorable. Randy and the St. Lucia Travel & Tours team certainly did that for us. We felt genuinely taken care of from the moment we arrived until our departure. We would use them again without hesitation on a future visit to St. Lucia and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for reliable, professional, personalized transportation or a private island tour. Excellent, excellent experience

Truly a great experience. Price and value were great, and communication with Randy was excellent. He responded quickly (as fast as 5 minutes!) and everything was organized without hassle. Our driver, Wilton, was there exactly on time, and was a wealth of information on our way from the airport to the resort. Very friendly as well, and considerate of my motion sickness. Excellent driver! I would definitely recommended them!

highly recommended!! would use again

We used Fast Track service and round trip airport service to Hideaway at Royalton, and Randy and Taj at St. Lucia Travel and Tours were wonderful!! Randy was so quick to respond to my emails, and Taj was a fantastic driver! The drive was almost two hours and he drove very smoothly through all the mountain roads and even stopped a couple times for fresh air and to point out gorgeous views. The fast track service was SO worth it as it was busy when we arrived at the airport but we were zipped through everything in under 20 minutes. I cannot recommend St. Lucia Travel and Tours enough!! We also used them to book an all day driver/excursion down to the Pitons. Also a great experience!
