Excellent experience
This was definitely a well oiled machine! We walked out the door and were greeted by our handler who guided us to the pick up point and within minutes our driver arrived. Vehicle was clean, in great shape and our driver was very informative and humorous. Our return journey was marred by a delayed flight; so upon reaching out to the company; pick up times were adjusted. Delays again; communicated and responded to promptly with agreement of the new pick up time and drivers contact info. Driver was early and we were off to the airport. Very thankful for their ability to take excellent care of their customers needs!

Very easy process
When you go to the arrival hall, you will find a man with your name. Easy process, very polite. The driver was very nice, recommended some tours to take and to be careful with scammers which I appreciated

I can only give one star as the...
<p>I can only give one star as the transfer from airport to hotel was amazing however the cab driver on the return told me to get out of the car and handed me my luggage on the return. I had purchased a round trip VIP package. I was left on the sidewalk at midnight in Delhi. My expectation was that someone would take me to check in, through customs and to gate. </p> <p>I have filed a complaint with Viator and have requested refund of 50 of the fee paid.</p>

Please note that the Meet & Assist service on departure could not be rendered due to security-related restrictions imposed by the government authority. We apologize if this was not made more clear by our driver at the time of departure but are glad to hear you enjoyed the arrival services and hope you had a nice stay in New Delhi.</p>
