Great tour, great guide
The tour with Antonio was great he was very knowledgeable and let us move into more secluded and hidden spots around the Vatican. He also managed to avoid plenty of tourist congested spots and redirected us to much better spots. Perfect

We are extremely disappointed with how our situation was handled by your company on the day of the Rome in a Day tour. Our group of four was traveling under two separate reservations. On the morning of the tour, our hotel arranged a taxi that never arrived. They immediately called a second taxi, which arrived promptly, but traffic delays caused by the Rome metro shutdown that day resulted in our late arrival. While we were en route, we contacted Viator to explain the circumstances and advise that we were actively making our way to the meeting point. Despite these circumstances, your company refused to allow us to join the tour and subsequently denied our refund request. What makes this especially troubling is that the other two members of our group, who experienced the exact same circumstances and traveled with us that morning, were granted a refund, while ours was denied. We have repeatedly requested an explanation for this inconsistent treatment but have not received a satisfactory response. We understand that tour schedules must be maintained; however, customer service should also include reasonable consideration of circumstances beyond a traveler’s control and, at a minimum, consistent application of company policies. We made every effort to attend the tour, communicated our situation while en route, and were treated differently from others in our group without justification. We believe this was unfair and not reflective of the level of customer service travelers should expect. We respectfully request that your company reconsider this decision and provide a clear explanation as to why our reservation was treated differently from the other reservation in our group.
