    Excellent Shopping Experience

We enjoyed the private shopping experience, and the Dominican lunch was fantastic. We schedule our tour for 9am, but they did not inform us until the day of that they would be picking us up at 10am. Apparently, the stores do not open until 10am in town. The tour company should not have a 9am spot available for the tour. Our driver spoke very little English which made communication difficult, but he was very nice and pleasure to be with. He tried very hard to overcome the communication barrier and we all made it work. The Blue Mall was very nice, but we only shopped in the local shops for souvenirs. The Taino shop was very nice and had a great selection of souvenirs too. I was excited for Downtown Punta Cana because I collect Hard Rock memorabilia. Macao beach was beautiful to see. We were hot and tired, so we just took some pictures. Macao is a public beach and was very busy. Overall, this was a great private shopping experience. It was very nice that we could leave our shopping bags in the van. We were able to shop at our pace.
