Van no air 45 minute wait to leave airport

The air conditioning was working properly at pickup, but unfortunately it failed unexpectedly during the ride. We keep our entire fleet regularly serviced, but mechanical issues can happen without warning. Regarding the 45 minutes you waited at the airport: the terminal is currently undergoing major renovations and restoration, which causes delays at pickup areas, checkpoints and departures that are completely beyond our control. We arrived on time, but airport restrictions and construction prevented us from leaving sooner. We take great pride in delivering fast, safe, and comfortable transfers every day. This isolated incident does not reflect the quality of service we consistently provide. We appreciate your feedback and use it to improve. We hope you will give us another chance to show you the great service our customers know and love!

Ok I guess
Communication to find driver was unclear. Called representative and she hung up on me when I was unsure of what she was saying. Thankful for taxi men standing in the area, they assisted more than the company and we finally found our driver after waiting. He only confirmed my name, not sure of who he was. Made it quick & safe to the hotel though. Overall ok, language barrier can be a hassle

We were calling you and assisting you throughout the process. Our driver identified you by confirming your name, which is the correct and safe way to recognize passengers. We are pleased that the transfer was quick and safe, which is our primary objective. I needed a sign with my name inside the airport
The feature i looked for was someone inside the airport with a sign with my name. I saw such signs for others before we exited the airport. This company told me there would be a sign with my name. But, there was no sign with my name inside or outside. Outside, without an escort and with extremely crowded space , my husband and I got separated. Because we were wearing matching shirts, someone helped us find one another. I did not remember the name of the company (since my name was supposed to be on a sign) so I had to look up the information on my phone. Once I found the lady with company sign, there was still a wait for the driver to arrive. Her assistant took us to the incoming driver but we had to walk a distance in the hot sun without sunscreen. The driver was polite and drove well. The air conditioning was not sufficiently cold. And, this business did not offer cold waters.

To avoid confusion and inconvenience, we maintain the service as described. ✅ Regarding air conditioning: We acknowledge that on this occasion, the air conditioning did not cool as it should have. The driver informed us of the problem as soon as it occurred—things can go wrong at any time, and we honestly acknowledge that. ✅ Regarding the service: We're glad you recognized that our driver was courteous and drove well, something we strive to maintain on every trip. We regret that you separated at the airport, but this happened because you were looking for your name instead of the company sign, as we had instructed. Not reliable
Don’t use them they cancel my reservation after receiving my payment, they never communicate to say they cancel, it’s because I call them to check if all was good for my upcoming trip then they said oh sorry we had cancel your reservation no reason given and they hang up the phone bad service.

According to the booking details provided by the agency, your flight was scheduled to arrive at 12:00 PM (noon). Our driver waited for you as agreed, but you never arrived and never replied to our messages or calls. By 5:00 PM, we understood that you had taken other transportation. At 6:00 PM, you messaged us saying you were at the airport waiting, but the flight time on your reservation clearly showed noon — not the time you arrived. We showed you the booking confirmation from the agency, but you confirmed it was not your flight. Since you arrived many hours later than the scheduled time and the service window had passed, we immediately refunded your payment in full. We even advised you to take an official taxi at the airport so you wouldn’t be stranded. We did not cancel without reason — the reservation was never confirmed due to the outstanding balance, and you did not show up at the agreed time. When you finally contacted us hours later, we did everything we could to assist you and refunded you right away. Despite all the help and effort we gave you, you still left this unfair review. We have records of all messages, flight details, and the refund.
