Bit confusing to find...
Bit confusing to find driver. Van that came was poor in quality and once loaded we had to unload as it was leaking fluid (and odour in van which should have been identified as a problem in the first place). Had to then wait for another van to come. We ended up at hotel at same time as group shuttle that we were trying to avoid with this personal shuttle. Based on this specific experience I wouldn’t recommend it. However, final driver was courteous and did a nice job - just the van issues (which is important though).

We completely understand your frustration with the delay, but we are very proud and relieved to know that, despite the inconvenience, everything was resolved and you arrived safely at your destination. That is always our number one priority. Thank you for acknowledging the driver's kindness and excellent work at the end of the trip; we will continue to strive to provide you with the best possible service.

Good choice for transfers in Punta Cana
Our party of 2 used this service for tansfers to and from TRS Punta Cana. The value was great and the drivers to and from airport were both couteous and took good care of us. I got text before arriving telling me where to go. There was no one there - but our plane had arrived early. I texted the same number and someone was there soon after. We only waited a few minutes for our car. The driver for the return to the airport was exactly on time. Overall - good experience!

Good price but service and vehicles are bad
I honestly don’t understand how this company has nearly five-star reviews. When we landed, we had to wait about 20 minutes for the van to arrive, which was especially difficult with tired kids. The driver who picked us up from the hotel seemed annoyed, even frustrated, that he had to load our luggage, and he blasted music the entire ride, which was unpleasant. On top of that, both vans we used (airport and hotel pickups) were extremely dirty. They are one of the cheapest transportation options in Punta Cana, but the service and experience definitely reflect that, you get what you pay for.

Easy and smooth - no issues!
First time using - usually use amstar but this was half the price. Communication was great. Van was clean. They were on time and got us there safe. Zero complaints! Smooth quick process
