Some fabulous food
We had the tactical Czech food the day before and were not impressed. This tour took us to places that the locals go too when they eat out. Five stops, great food and drink throughout. If we had another day or two we would have returned to two of the places multiple times as they had really amazing food.
Response from the operator: We appreciate your feedback and are so happy you had an amazing time exploring the local food spots with us. We hope to see you again on your next culinary adventure in Prague! All the best, Selen & The Prague City Adventures Team

Incredibly thoughtful and fun :)
What an absolutely spectacular time we had with Will! One of our biggest highlights from Prague :) Will had done his research on us beforehand and had thoughtfully curated a list of restaurants and hidden gems keeping our preferences and likes in mind, which we further customized after meeting us. He effortlessly led the tour, moving from one spot to another while keeping it informational yet super fun! The Vin Chaud and sausages at the locals Christmas Market, local crafter beer and the ice cream with Prague-specific flavors were our favorites. Also, Will was so easy to connect with and made us feel like a friend from the get-go. Thank you for the wonderful tour and your generosity throughout =) Loved his recommendations for Prague (and Strasbourg) too!
Response from the operator: Dear Bhavi, Thank you so much for taking the time to share this — what a joy to read. It sounds like the kind of Prague evening that just clicks: the right mix of hidden corners, great bites, and plenty of laughs along the way. :) Will will be very happy to hear how much you appreciated the thought he put into shaping the route around your tastes — and then tweaking it even further once you met. The favourites you mentioned are spot on too: mulled wine & sausages at a local market, craft beer, and those Prague-specific ice cream flavours that somehow surprise everyone. Most of all, it’s lovely to hear you felt comfortable with him right away — like you were out with a friend, not “on a tour.” With warm regards, Korn & Prague City Adventures Team

Response from the operator: Thanks so much for the great review! We're really glad you enjoyed the tour—and the food! Hitting four tasty spots (plus that quick slivovice stop!) makes for a fun mix, especially for anyone looking for something a bit more unique. It was a pleasure having you with us! Why this scores 65
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
PRIVATE Prague Food Tour: Modern Cuisine in Local Neighbourhoods: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Prague.
How much does PRIVATE Prague Food Tour: Modern Cuisine in Local Neighbourhoods cost?
+
Prices start at $129 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Prague usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does PRIVATE Prague Food Tour: Modern Cuisine in Local Neighbourhoods take?
+
Plan for about 3.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Prague is not rushed.
Is PRIVATE Prague Food Tour: Modern Cuisine in Local Neighbourhoods worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 23 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Prague, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule PRIVATE Prague Food Tour: Modern Cuisine in Local Neighbourhoods?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is PRIVATE Prague Food Tour: Modern Cuisine in Local Neighbourhoods suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book PRIVATE Prague Food Tour: Modern Cuisine in Local Neighbourhoods?
+
Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Prague can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Prague and add a light layer if any part of the 3.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does PRIVATE Prague Food Tour: Modern Cuisine in Local Neighbourhoods start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Prague within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Prague?
+
On Outty we rank every Prague experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best Reviews: Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland Day Trip From Prague, Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland From Prague-Travelers' Choice 2026, Prague Essential Tour Old Town and Jewish Quarter. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Prague?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Prague?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
