    Recommended Party Bus

Great and safe evening with safety. DJ, bartender, driver excellent. Definitely the evening was full of fun and touring the city at night on the party bus was a great experience.

This is a “must do” for Nashville!

This is a fun and spirited way to take in the sights in Nashville. Patrick and Blake were great hosts that kept the party going. Adam was in training but I can tell he will do a great job. The experience itself seems to fly by but out of all the party buses we saw around town this one was definitely the most fun. Patrick takes some pictures of your ride and then will airdrop them to you before you get off the bus but the star of the show was the photobooth station. It’s the cherry on top to capture your good time. The website says it can take up to two weeks for your images to be loaded to their site, but in our case it was a matter of a day, maybe two. This is a must do if you want to do Nashville right!

    Highly Recommend Brett & Blake

Rented the party bus for my wife’s 50th Birthday 🎂. It was the best part of our weekend in Nashville. Our friends loved it. No one wanted it to end. Brett our DJ / Bartender was awesome. Blake, our driver was great. We didn’t know what to expect & they far exceeded our expectations. Thanks guys, really appreciate the fun interaction.

    Racist from the start

Born and raised in this city 27 years and finally came the day to ride a party bus I wasn’t looking forward to it, but considering the amount of times that I’ve been stuck behind one of these I figured it was my turn Unfortunately, it was the DJ’s turn to be extremely racist The moment we stepped on the bus telling one of his coworkers to go pick cotton. Took everything in me not to get up and walk away with my WHOLE party, even though we rented a private party bus This will undoubtably be the only time I ever use this company’s services, I was extremely disgusted, and I will be letting everyone know not to ever come here

Response from the operator: After speaking with the staff, and then watching the security footage, we came to the realization that this was a huge misunderstanding. Your group dressed in Halloween costumes, one being Joe Dirt. There were talks of “hillbilly” and then our driver (whom is African American) laughing and saying “Joe Dirt! Joe Dirt!” To which our DJ responded back saying “Huh?! Go pick cotton” - this is joking banter between both parties. Immediately Hambone (the driver) says wow okay this is a misunderstanding. Immediately after that the DJ got on the microphone and apologizes about the misunderstanding. After the tour - YOU get on the microphone and state that y’all had an amazing time and thank the staff. And apologized that there was a misunderstanding to your group. We will be glad to upload this video to YouTube for everyone to view. Calling the company racist, who employee different races, seems a little harsh. So you said you’d ride again in the video, but then go on to write a review telling people to never to ride the bus? Our employees are best friends, and yes they joke from time to time. They both assured me they don’t want any disciplinary action against one another and that it was a big misunderstanding and they were joking with one another. To make it clear - our African American driver stated there was nothing racial aside a joke. Both of them almost lost their jobs because of this review - we take racism very seriously.

Private Open Air Party Bus with DJ & Bartender 21+: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Nashville.

How much does Private Open Air Party Bus with DJ & Bartender 21+ cost?

    +

Prices start at $800 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Nashville usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Private Open Air Party Bus with DJ & Bartender 21+ take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Nashville is not rushed.

Is Private Open Air Party Bus with DJ & Bartender 21+ worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 29 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable food & drink in Nashville, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Private Open Air Party Bus with DJ & Bartender 21+?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Private Open Air Party Bus with DJ & Bartender 21+ suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Private Open Air Party Bus with DJ & Bartender 21+?

    +

Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Nashville can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Nashville and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Private Open Air Party Bus with DJ & Bartender 21+ start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Nashville within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Nashville?

    +

Nashville's activity mix is unusually music-heavy: Ryman and Opry backstage tours, RCA Studio B sessions, songwriter rounds and honky-tonk crawls on Broadway. Around that sit distillery runs to Lynchburg and general-admission pedal taverns. Outty Ranking penalises the crawl operators that oversell group size, which is the most common complaint in this city. On Outty we rank every Nashville experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Nashville: Authentic Food Tour with 5 Tastings of Local Dishes, Nashville RCA Studio B & Country Music Hall of Fame Ticket Combo, Nashville's Wildest Honky Tonk Public Party Bus (21+). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Nashville?

    +

April to May and September to October, when patios open and the humidity drops. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Nashville?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
