Great company
I initially booked the wrong transport service but Andre stayed patient and got me thru the process. Stress free! Our driver Rafiki was excellent. Chill and calm and dropping little tidbits off history and knowledge as he got us to our resort. We'll definitely use them again should the need arise

The driver was 1h late,...
The driver was 1h late, waited in the heat with all of our stuff for ages, communication was very difficult even though I gave the most simplest guiding about where we are waiting, we didn’t get any water or beer. The driver was nice. Save your money and take an Uber or something.
Response from the operator: Sorry for the difficulty which you had experience but it’s kind of confusing because in the end you’re saying, the driver was nice and he was good and then you’re making the comment and say the driver was an hour late. We have never been an hour late to pick a guest up before so there’s no reason to lie here. Secondly, having beer and water sitting in the heat and when it get pre-warm and not as cold as you guys expect or wanted to be you still would’ve made a complain so we just waited until we pick you up. We stopped by the store and get you a cold beer and a cold water which would be much more refreshing than you have been a pre-cold or pre- Warm beer which was cold and then got hot. No one would like such a thing so when you’re making the comments and leave the reviews, please do not try to bring the company down, but rather to explain the issues so that we can try to work on it and have it fixed and be better for others just the same which what you are explaining now we have never seen or have this experience. I was notified about this so for you to see this this is quite something new a lot of times Guest ask not to have the beer or water. We brought beers and water a lot of times as well and they do not take our wanted so we decided to keep it in the refrigerator at the shop and once we arrive if the guest requested it, we will just make a quick stop at the store get it for them and have it provided All you had to do is to ask if you can have a beer or water Simple because regardless you wanted a beer and a water a lot of people don’t want a beer and a lot of people don’t want water and remember we’re not a fortuneteller. We can’t read minds and we can know what people need. Want when they arrive at the airport, we just try to move forward and work with it and try to make it the best as possible as we can but we do thank you and appreciate you for using our service but if you think you need to use an Uber, you can go ahead and have that done. We have no hard feelings against that but don’t come here on our platform and be staying into others to go and use Uber instead explain what happened to you and that’s all what needed to be said thank you.
