STAY AWAY!!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER
STAY AWAY!!!! This is by far and the away the most shady and unreliable company ever. I booked them because they were cheaper than everyone else. That was a big mistake. We booked a return trip with them. On the first ride from the airport to our hotel, our daughter left her mobile phone in the car by mistake. We got in touch with the company and they told us that if we wanted our phone returned it would be 50 Euros. They basically held it as a ranson. We were speaking with the driver on the way there and he told us that he lived around the corner from where we were staying. it was absolutely no hassle for him to return it to us (and of course we would have given him a tip). Instead the company owner told us that he knew we needed our phone so if we wanted it, this was the price. I couldn't believe it. In the end, a local from the hotel called the company directly and spoke in Greek and after they had a heated discussion, the owner then agreed to return the phone to us. Then, for our return journey, the driver picked us up and then a few minutes into the drive, he received a phone call from his boss, telling him he needed to divert and go pick up another couple from a different city. It meant a 30 minute detour and we told the driver that (a) we paid for a private taxi not a ride share, and (b) we would miss our flight. He was very apologetic but said that if he didn't listen to his boss, he would get fired. His boss called on the phone telling us that if we didn't like it we could get out in the middle of the highway, knowing we had no choice. We go to the airport and the check in counter was closed!!!!! This was the most unapologetic, unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Don't be fooled and don't try to save a few euros, it's just not worth it.

Avoid the company at all cost
Booked a «luxury» minivan” including water for 6 people and paid online for the service. No water was available and several of the seatbelts didn’t work. At destination the driver asked for payment and I told him that I had already paid. After checking on his phone I saw there was a voucher for €80, I paid €83. Then the driver wanted me to pay him ”tips”, not receiving any water and faulty seatbelts it was a no. The next day I received an email from the manager asking ”what time is expected”. I replied that we arrived yesterday and that we didn’t get the water we paid for so we would like the difference of €6 refunded and informed him about the faulty seatbelts. Manager Maksim Hristov replied ”Please find better service for return.” I replied that this rudeness will not produce a good review from my side and this was the answer: If you was happy will never use the review service ONLY NEGATIVE. I want to see your face when you use other services here in Cyprus with dirty cars and smelly on……” The manager is not just attacking customers, he even attacks his competitors. If you read this and plan to book transportation I strongly suggest looking elsewhere and avoid this company in line with other reviews. Our mistake was to not read the reviews.

The seatbelt works because car have passed MOT several days before. Emai was sent the same minute when you informed us for delay, when you received must be issue in your Internet connection. Good service, would definitely use again.
Booked (and pre-paid) a large taxi from Larnaca to Protaras (+return) as we had 4 bags. Travelling two grown-ups and two teenagers. Got picked up by a very service minded driver waiting in the arrival hall. We were upgraded to a very nice mini bus. The return was just as smooth with another friendly driver, again in a minibus. Would definitely chose Max7Taxi again if we are visiting Cyprus again. 😊

Booked airport transfers in October 24 for June/july 25 transfer from Larnaca to Protaras. Taxi waiting with sign in arrivals despite slight flight delay. Mercedes van extremely clean. Driver friendly. Pick up from resort on time arrived a little early so no panic on getting to the airport. Agsin van clean tidy and driver friendly. Will definitely use again when visiting Cyprus next time.
