7:30 AM : Pick up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city. Depart to My Tho city by private car/van via Trung Luong Expressway. On the way, we will stop to visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Mekong delta

Next, you will enjoy a horse-cart ride through the countryside with coconut gardens on Ben Tre Island and end up at a local restaurant for a classic Vietnamese lunch. After your meal, you will visit a hand-made coconut candy factory. And enjoy a long biking around 45 mitutes BIKING in the garden ( the time will be belong to you) Return to your departure point where your tour will conclude.

My Tho
Upon arrival in My Tho, you will embark on a leisurely cruise along the Mekong River on a comfortable motorized boat. As you navigate along the river, you will pass by picturesque fish cages, and stilted houses. Your boat will then dock at an island where you will visit a local home and have the opportunity to meet and chat with the family. During your visit, you will be treated to a sampling of various fruits, honey tea, and honey wine as you learn about the family's way of life and enjoy traditional music. After your visit, you will board a small rowing boat to explore narrow canals in the peaceful surroundings and breathtaking scenery.

Amazing tour with our guide, Tony!
This is the perfect private tour exploring the communities along the Mekong Delta! Our tour guide, Tony, was very hospitable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made our tour very comfortable and fun with many different activities throughout the day. We were picked up promptly, was given cold water and enjoyed a comfortable ride in a clean SUV. Tony was so engaging during the car ride to the Mekong Delta by showing us a map of Vietnam and having conversation about the facts and history of the country. We really enjoyed our conversation. On our way to Mekong Delta, we stopped by a pagoda where Tony shared with us the 3 different Buddhas and their meanings. We then went through the town of My Tho where Tony gave us historical background. Even though it rained, Tony was great at keeping the timing and our safety in mind. We enjoyed our boat ride over to the first island where we enjoyed fresh fruit while listening to traditional live music. We then went to see how coconut candy was made and tasted honey bee tea, banana chips and peanut candy. We took a boat ride to another island where we enjoyed a delicious meal by the river. 5/5 for the lunch where they served a whole fried elephant ear fish and rolled up 4 fresh spring rolls using the fish meat in front of us. We also enjoyed shrimp directly from the Mekong. Afterwards, we were able to work off our lunch with a 20 min bike ride throughout the communities. Perfect way to end the tour. We really enjoyed our experience and have to thank Tony and our driver, Victory, for making it a smooth and fun experience. Highly recommend this private tour from Ho Chi Minh City to the Mekong Delta!

Interesting day
I went on a tour with Mekong Silt Travel to the Mekong Delta and had an amazing cycling experience through the beautiful coconut plantations in Ben Tre. Our tour guide was fantastic and the scenery was breathtaking. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the natural beauty and cultural richness of the region.

Very good tour
Thank you for organizing the Mekong Delta and biking trip with our guide Erik. He provided us with a wealth of information about the history and culture of the area, and the short cycling portion of the trip through the coconut plantations and villages was a definite highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend it to others.

Comfortable biking trip
We chose the Mekong Delta tour because of Tony, our guide from the day before, and we really enjoyed the experience. Biking through the coconut plantations was amazing. Although we only rode for around an hour, we got to see local life in the Mekong Delta. The food was delicious, especially the Elephant Ear Fish. It was a lovely day overall.

Beautiful day and we enjoyed it
It was an amazing day with Erik in the Mekong Delta. Our family loved the scenery as we biked through the coconut villages – that was the highlight of the trip. It only took about an hour, but we got to see so much. We also had the chance to go rowing and visit a honeybee farm, which our family enjoyed immensely. We highly recommend this trip.
