Poor service
We had told driver / company way ahead of time that our flight would arrive at 6:45 am. We were ready for pick up by 7:30 with our luggage. I text driver and he said he was caught in traffic. He arrived to get us at 8:10!!! We had been up all night flying here from US and wanted to get to hotel quickly and with no stress. Very disappointed in service. Knowing ahead of time what our pick up time would be I am not accepting his “traffic excuse. Poor customer service!

The driver did not meet our daughter at arrivals.
this was supposed to be a private transfer from Barcelona airport to the hotel for our 18-year-old daughter who had to fly alone for the first time. She couldn't travel with her group and didn't speak Spanish. We were really counting on the driver to be in the terminal with a sign as we were promised. They were not there. My daughter was able to get ahold of them using the company phone number, they were parked in the lot and instructed our daughter to wait at a specific location which she had to find. This was a waste of money, she should have just gotten a cab.

Disappointed. Language issue.
Driver said he would meet me in baggage claim. Found out the meeting area is past the baggage claim area. I speak English and expect someone who can communicate with me. This did not happen.
Response from the operator: I wanted to clarify a misunderstanding regarding our drivers. Unfortunately, they are not permitted to enter the baggage claim area. However, there is a designated waiting area in the terminal where our drivers can eagerly await your arrival, our driver has successfully communicated with you, facilitating a swift and efficient meeting. Thanks to this communication, he was able to locate you promptly. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.I sincerely apologize for any confusion caused. Best Regards,

Airport Transfar
Booked Soberti for a private transfer from Barcelona Airport to Hotel Ciutat and return journey a few days later for a party of 13. Good communication via What's App before and during our trip, with punctual pick ups as advised. Vehicle was Mercedes Mini Bus that was clean and comfortable and as shown in photos. Would not hesitate using Soberti again and highly recommend. Keep up the good work, Mr I Tew.
Response from the operator: Dear Ian, thank you for your positive feedback, your satisfaction with our service makes us very happy. We are granted that you trusted and booked with us and we wish to receive you soon again. Best wishes, Natalie & team

Why this scores 42
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Meet & Greet Transfer from El Prat Airport to Barcelona: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Barcelona.
How much does Private Meet & Greet Transfer from El Prat Airport to Barcelona cost?
+
Prices start at $150 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Barcelona usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Meet & Greet Transfer from El Prat Airport to Barcelona take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Barcelona is not rushed.
Is Private Meet & Greet Transfer from El Prat Airport to Barcelona worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 42 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Barcelona, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Meet & Greet Transfer from El Prat Airport to Barcelona?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Meet & Greet Transfer from El Prat Airport to Barcelona suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Meet & Greet Transfer from El Prat Airport to Barcelona?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Barcelona can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Barcelona and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Meet & Greet Transfer from El Prat Airport to Barcelona start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Barcelona within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Barcelona?
+
Barcelona's Gaudí sites are capacity-limited and the official timed tickets go first, so most of the market is resellers with a guide attached. We weight those heavily on whether the guide is an architecture specialist. Beyond Gaudí, the tapas crawls in Gràcia and the Montserrat day trips carry the highest rankings in the city. On Outty we rank every Barcelona experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Gràcia Tapas and Vermouth Crawl, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel & Cliff Jump from Barcelona, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel, Cliff Jump & lunch Small Group. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Barcelona?
+
May, June, September and October. Sagrada Família light is best mid-morning. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Barcelona?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
