Fantastic LOTR Tour
Kia ora! Our Lord of the Rings tour was so much more than we expected... it was a truly special and memorable experience that we will treasure for a long time. From the moment we started, Rod made us feel so welcome. He was incredibly friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the Lord of the Rings movies and the beautiful places we were visiting. His stories and personal touch brought the locations to life and made the day feel so much more meaningful than simply visiting filming sites. LOVEEEEE IT! I found heaps of breathtaking views and picnic spots in Queenstown! Hahahaha! 😆 We also felt that the tour was fantastic value for money. Every part of the experience felt worthwhile, and we left with wonderful memories that are worth far more than the price of the tour. Thank you so much, Rod, for making our day so special. 😊

An Amazing Day Exploring Middle-earth
We had such a memorable day exploring Lord of the Rings filming locations with our guide Rod, and he really went above and beyond to make the experience special. He is incredibly charismatic, personable, and thoughtful. You could tell he pays attention to the little details and was constantly thinking about what would make the day more comfortable and enjoyable for us. He was very accommodating throughout the tour (I.e. adding stops, customizations, timing) and was always happy to take photos for us along the way. As huge Lord of the Rings fans, it was amazing to visit so many recognizable locations from the movie, including Isengard, the Elven forest, Rohan and the battle of Helm’s Deep, while also re-watching the scenes. If you’re looking for a guide in New Zealand who is warm, engaging, attentive, and genuinely cares about his guests, we highly recommend Rod. We came away with some great memories and photos from a day we will never forget!!

A dream come true for LOTR fans!
This tour was one of the highlights of my trip to New Zealand. Visiting the filming locations from The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers, and The Return of the King was an unforgettable experience. The guides were outstanding. They showed scenes from the movies at each location, explained how they were filmed, and made it easy to recognize every spot. Their knowledge, passion, and attention to detail made the experience even more special. If you're a Lord of the Rings fan, this tour is a must. Highly recommended!
