About this experience
Do you like walking in old towns and imagining how it was in the past? What about playing puzzle games? Are you enchanted by Prague and do you want to get lost in its narrow streets? Quest-tour is a thrilling way to explore the city from a much different angle, through a game that lasts 2-3 hours. It combines the fun of a treasure hunt with a sightseeing tour of the city. Guided from any smartphone, players make their way through the city, following the route from one point to another, searching for answers, performing different tasks, solving clues, and completing challenges. The tour is private but to make it more fun there's a possibility to make it as a race with other teams (for 8 and more people).

We enjoyed the experience. It was well-prepared and thought thru. Very fun and interesting team building for the home team but also for out-of-towners.

Perfect as afternoon program for bachelor parties
We had a great time. We were two teams of five players each who competed against each other. It was fun until the end. Some questions were harder, some easier, so it was a good time for everyone. Our host Dima gave us perfect instruction at the beginning and Sona also showed up at the end. In between we (both teams) all took a short beer stop together. Perfect afternoon event for a bachelor party. We will do this again in other cities.
Response from the operator: Dear Simon, thank you for attending our treasure hunt competition. We're happy you enjoyed it! You should try our Vienna treasure hunt for teams as well :)

Good service. Fun way to see the town. Not very tricky clues.
Really nice way to see the town and the historical places. Available for everyone. Managed to change our time with short notice. Very good service. Not so much tricky pussels as we thought but very realistic to make it easy going for every level.
Response from the operator: Dear Arvid, we're happy you've enjoyed our Old Town treasure hunt. Indeed it is made in a way that everybody can do the challenges, no matter escape game lovers or just curious travelers :) See you on our other treasure hunts in different cities!

A remarkable half-day journey in Lesser Town
Me and my girlfriend love escape games, but have never been to city quests. It was so much entertaining, interesting and exciting. The trails itself was very calm, with romantic paths. We discovered several parks and hidden gardens, decode puzzles, had took some funny photos and videos. What՛s more, we've been in a garden with a unforgettable breathtaking view of Prague! This should on your MUST DO, when you visit Prague with your beloved one.
Response from the operator: We were happy to organise for you our Lesser town tour. I hope until your next visit we'll have one new trail prepared that you could try :)

Super fun for adults and kids
It was our first visit to Prague and we've been to both quest-tours of Cityquester. It was so much fun for our whole family, me, my husband and out two kids of 11 and 13 years old. We found out so many interesting stories and we've been to places that would never visit on our own. Moreover there was a special bonus: from one of the gardens we had a great view of Prague and that was unforgettable. Once we visit Vienna we 're going to try Cityquester tour there!

Why this scores 64
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Lesser Town tour - Historical Treasure Hunt: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Prague.
How much does Private Lesser Town tour - Historical Treasure Hunt cost?
+
Prices start at $18 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Prague usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Lesser Town tour - Historical Treasure Hunt take?
+
Plan for about 3.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Prague is not rushed.
Is Private Lesser Town tour - Historical Treasure Hunt worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Prague, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Lesser Town tour - Historical Treasure Hunt?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Lesser Town tour - Historical Treasure Hunt suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Lesser Town tour - Historical Treasure Hunt?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Prague can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Prague and add a light layer if any part of the 3.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Lesser Town tour - Historical Treasure Hunt start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Prague within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Prague?
+
On Outty we rank every Prague experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best Reviews: Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland Day Trip From Prague, Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland From Prague-Travelers' Choice 2026, Prague Essential Tour Old Town and Jewish Quarter. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Prague?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Prague?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
