This is the starting point where driver will meet and greet the traveler. Batu Caves
The Batu Caves in Malaysia are one of the most important Hindu religious sites outside of India and are a must-see once you tire of shopping and wandering Kuala Lumpur. Every year during the Hindu festival of Thaipusam, the Batu Caves attract more than a million devotees and spectators. The eight-hour procession of music and ceremony leaves offerings before a giant statue of Lord Murugan, the Hindu God of War.

Istana Negara
The Istana Negara (Malay for National Palace) is the official residence of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, the monarch of Malaysia. It is located along Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim (formerly Jalan Duta) in Segambut, northwestern Kuala Lumpur. The palace opened in 2011 and replaced the old Istana Negara which was located at a different compound in central Kuala Lumpur. The palace complex has an area of 97.65 hectares, 22 domes, and is split into three main portions: the Formal Component, Royal Component and Administration Component. Good driver but bad tour administration with poor communication
The tour guide/driver was very courteous and helpful. He tailored our itinerary and provided great care to us and made sure we get back to the cruise on time. However, the tour coordinator had poor communication and we were picked up almost half an hour late. We booked our tour at 730am and tried to locate our pick up agent between arrival hall and the taxi depatching stand for 30 min. We contacted the tour administrator through Viator messenging app. He just replied ok after 15 min while in fact they were late due to gate inspection. He could have told us that they were late. We had a very short time in town before getting back to the cruise. That’s why we booked an early start time. It was quite unacceptable of the poor communication with no apology!

Great Experience: Amazing Sights and Superb Driver/Guide to Kuala Lumpur.
Jafar, our driver, was very knowledgeable, accommodating and considerate. We were able to tailor our excursion to our specific needs and desires (one of our travelers has mobility issues and Jafar accommodated his needs beautifully). The destinations we visited were amazing.
