First, request Gurmit as your guide. He is available for this tour as well as for multi days. We had a fabulous day. The Kanheri Caves are a 2,000 year old wonder. You must be able to walk up stairs comfortably - there are a lot and, as they are so old, not evenly spaced. Our lunch break at Sky City Mall was delicious and much appreciated break from the heat. The Global Vipassagna Pagoda (Golden Buddhist temple) was interesting. My daughter wanted to bring back Indian sweets for her friends, so Gurmit found the "best" sweet shop in the city and we went there before heading back to our hotel. He was happy to accommodate special requests. A very enjoyable experience.

A Perfect Family Day at the Global Vipassana Pagoda
Today we visited the Global Vipassana Pagoda for the first time with our kids, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Even though we live in Mumbai, we never realized such a calm and peaceful place existed here. The Pagoda is beautiful and very soothing, making it a perfect place for quiet reflection and meditation. There’s also a lovely garden where the kids could relax and enjoy themselves, along with a pure vegetarian restaurant, which made lunch very convenient. We booked this visit through Gurmit from Mumbai Tour Vision, and everything was handled smoothly. The transport was comfortable, the guide was friendly and informative, and refreshments were also arranged. Overall, the entire experience was relaxed and stress-free. After that we went to Gorai Beach and just relaxed for some time, enjoying the sea and the quiet atmosphere. Our family of four had an amazing time with Mumbai Tour Vision! The day was packed with adventure, nature and fun. Exploring Sanjay Gandhi National Park was a great experience. Waking through the forest trails, spotting wildlife, and enjoying the fresh air made it feel like a true escape from the city. The tour was very well planned.
