Amazing tour experience with Jitendra Singh Shekhawat
We had Jitendra (Jitu) as our guide and driver on a 6-day trip around Rajasthan, and honestly, he was fantastic! I was traveling with my elderly parents, and he always made sure they were comfortable and happy, planning everything around what worked best for them. Jitu kept us entertained and informed with cool facts and stories about Rajasthan’s culture and history, which made the journey even more special. He’s such a genuinely sweet and caring person, and his hospitality made us feel right at home. Big thanks to Jitu for making our family trip so memorable!

Good experience
We toured Agra, Jaipur and Udaipur planned through Rajasthan Tour Planner. Our driver Vinod Ji was helpful and punctual. He interacted well with family and was able to cater for most of our requests. We would recommend Vinod Ji.

Safe clean and comfortable visit
Amber Fort is a must visit. A very beautiful place. Driver Hemraj was very helpful through the trip from Jaipur to Kota.

Soft and pink
I love Jaipur, the elephants and camels amongst the traffic and it is the cleanest and tidiest city I have yet visited in India. It is somewhere where I would be happy to spend more time. This tour gives a good overview of the main things to see in the city. Be warned, it does not make it clear in any of the information that you are paying for the guide and the transport, all the entry fees are extra. This does not make it bad value, but you need to be prepared. (I note that they have now made this clear in their description). The fort in Jaipur was the best one of our trip. The palace is extensive and you could spend a long time exploring it. There are many beautiful things to see and dscover. If you have a few days in Jaipur, it is probably worth spending a day her (but don;t miss the step well on the way to it, that is special). You only get to see the Water Palace from across the lake and the Palace of Whispers from the road, but they are nonetheless impressive. The city is large, so it would be difficult to so all this without a driver. The City Palace again shows you different aspects of the culture of the city. The lunch was good, but much as we had had elsewhere (and of course spiced for foreigners, but that might be to your taste).

Why this scores 70
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Jaipur Day Tour with Lunch: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Jaipur.
How much does Private Jaipur Day Tour with Lunch cost?
+
Prices start at $60 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Jaipur usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Jaipur Day Tour with Lunch take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Jaipur is not rushed.
Is Private Jaipur Day Tour with Lunch worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Jaipur, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Jaipur Day Tour with Lunch?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Jaipur Day Tour with Lunch suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 10-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Private Jaipur Day Tour with Lunch?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Jaipur can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Jaipur and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Jaipur Day Tour with Lunch start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Jaipur within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Jaipur?
+
On Outty we rank every Jaipur experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Sunrise Taj Mahal Tour from Delhi By Car -All inclusive, Private Jaipur Full One Day Tour In Pink City With Guide, Private Full Day Jaipur Sightseeing Tour By Tuk Tuk. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Jaipur?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Jaipur?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
