So stressed I cried😢
Guide was very quiet and hard to communicate with. He would not pickup us at our address so had to get a taxi 92000 to Burger King Car was hot and uncomfortable He did stop at coffee tasting gardens which I assume he gets paid to do. Beach walk just ok No information and did not tell us it was such a climb was a struggle with an extremely bad hip. Very long day 8hrs with no refreshments until after 8 and then offered a warm bottle of water. No food or offer to stop and let us get anything. Dropped us off in Seminyak as he didn’t or wouldn’t take us to our accomodation after 10pm where we did know where we were . Hungry , tied and lost was very upsetting for myself , I began to cry and dreaded being in Bali. Waited 50mimuted for bluebird taxi to take us to accomadation 64000

We would like to kindly clarify the pickup for future guests. At the time of booking we did not receive your complete accommodation address. Our team called you several times because we were willing to come and meet you directly at your hotel lobby. However, we did not receive an answer with the hotel address, and you mentioned not to pick you up at the hotel and preferred to meet somewhere in Seminyak. To make it easier and clearer for you, we then proposed to meet at Burger King Seminyak at 2:00 PM as the tour start time, which you kindly agreed to. We apologize for the inconvenience and the extra taxi cost to the meeting point. Regarding the communication during the tour, we would like to be transparent. Our guide felt not comfortable and a bit bad from the beginning due to the difficult communication before pickup, which made him less confident to start conversation. This should never happen, and we have spoken with him. Every guest deserves a warm and informative guide from the very first minute, regardless of any earlier difficulty, and we apologize that you did not feel this. Regarding the car comfort, our cars are equipped with super cold AC and are regularly serviced. On that day, the car was parked at Padang Padang beach under the direct sun while you were at the beach, so the cabin became very hot. It needs a few minutes for the AC to cool down the cabin again after being parked in the heat. We are sorry that you felt uncomfortable during those first minutes. Regarding refreshments, as per our tour listing this is a 6-hour tour without meals included, though complimentary mineral water and tea tasting are provided. On your tour date there was exceptionally heavy traffic in the Uluwatu area, which extended the tour to around 8 hours, longer than usual. We should have proactively offered you a stop to purchase some food during the extended drive, and we are sorry we did not do so. For the drop-off, our guide understood the drop-off point to be Seminyak Square Hotel as indicated at the end of the tour, and this is where he dropped you. We are very sorry that this left you feeling lost late at night. Your feedback is very valuable to us and we have shared it with our team to improve our pre-tour communication. Great evening in Uluwatu
Had a great afternoon exploring Uluwatu highlights. Our guide Putu was excellent. He was a very safe driver and got us to our locations promptly. Padang Padang beach was clean and had beautiful clear water despite the tourist crowds. We had plenty of time for a swim and relax on the beach. Our next stop was Uluwatu temple for sunset. Although the temple was extremely busy Putu helped us navigate the crowds with ease and was extremely helpful in protecting us and our belongings from the pesky monkeys. He managed to find us a quiet spot to watch the sunset and took some great photos. Thanks Putu for the great day!

Our driver Dee was fantastic! Very friendly, great to chat with and went out of his way to make sure we had a great tour. Views from the temple were amazing, beach and coffee plantation also worth the stops. Thank you again Dee, you made our trip a great afternoon and awesome experience.

HALF DAY TOUR ULUWATU
We had a lovey day trip. Punctual pick up and our driver stopped for us to get some takeout lunch on the way. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Stopped in at a coffee plantation as well, which was nice. Highlight was the fire dance. The monkeys are SUCH a nuisance. Beware!
