Academy of Athens

Its building features a splendid blend of Doric elements, minimalist aesthetics, and simple, straight lines that create a beautiful contrast with the impressive Renaissance-style staircase that leads up to the entrance. Parts of the National Library of Athens were built with the famous white Pentelic marble, the same material that was used in the construction of some of the city’s most important monuments that date back to the 5th century like the Parthenon and the Odeon of Herodes Atticus. CONSISTENT/FRIENDLY
I haven't been in Athens for many years,so I chose to have a city tour right after our arrival at the airport. Our driver was on time and the vehicle (a minivan, as we are a family of 5) was very comfortable and clean. The route was sufficient for me to remember the city where I was born and for my children to get a first touch with their greek origins .The Acropolis, magical as always, and the Marble stadium are a must see for everyone! It has been a five-star service for me. I have already booked a day tour to Delphi ,so i will be back for that! Ευχαριστώ!
