Cinque Terre

Hello Cinque aterre was charming, but even more charming was Sara, always attentive to the needs of her tourists. He learned that the taxi in Monterroso to avoid a rise costs 15 euros and probably next time he would let his clients know before calling them. He is an extraordinary guide and knew how to manage his times excellently even though we had an 81-year-old man on the tour. I have already recommended it to my friends. Thank you for everything Sara and for your attention.

Response from the operator: Muchísimas gracias por sus palabras!

Viator messes up

We left Florence at 8:00am and arrived Cinque Terre at 10. The guide said our departure time was 2:00 pm. We paid for a full day and our contract said back to Florence by 6pm. This was a private tour!!!! He fought with his boss for more time all day. Would not pay $1200 for this again!!! Viator fail!!!

Response from the operator: Hello, there must have been a misunderstanding from your side. The tour is 10 hours from pick up to finish. This information can be clearly seen on viator before booking and after booking. You need to take into account that it takes 2.5 hours each way to get to the beginning of Cinque Terre. But depending on your ending point of the tour, you also need to take the train back towards the car. The private car cannot enter. You need to leave Cinque Terre and be back in the car at 15:30 (3:30pm) to be back at 6pm at your hotel. This is 10 hours. It was a full day tour, but maybe you didn't think that Cinque Terre was so far away. Please let us know if you need more information.

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Florence?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Florence?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
