    **AMAZING**

This was a mesmerizing tour. As a Black Female Solo traveler, I was a little nervous about what to expect from my male guide and driver. My guide Prashant Singh was very knowledgeable and very attentive. He even gave me his socks when I couldn’t bear walking on the hot stone floor when shoes were not allowed. He catered to me..I told him I was a “Black Queen” and he treated me like royalty lol My driver sukhninder singh was a quiet but friendly gentle soul. The Lotus Temple’s beauty is indescribable. And the other two were phenomenal. We stopped for lunch at a clean restaurant. Good Food *They were “required” to stop at a shop and that was not so pleasant, the workers really pressure you to buy I felt safe the entire time. If you are a female traveler..feel confident to book this tour..

    Average Tour

OK Tour to the Akshardham Temple and the Lotus Temple. Our tour guide picked us up at 9am and we headed to Akshardham just for opening time, which meant it was not crowded and we got to see everything with no delay whatsoever (apparently this temple gets very crowded on weekends, so I very much recommend a week day visit). The Lotus Temple visit followed, which is basically just for the picture as we did not entered the temple itself as we were told there was nothing there. We then visited a Crafts shop which was basically an Emporium. My husband and I do not enjoy these sort of visits as salesmen are usually very insisting and almost force you to buy. I guess there is a commission if we buy, but honestly is an unnecessary (and uncomfortable) stop in the tour. After that we headed for lunch and there was an agreed menu apparently, we were not asked what we liked or wanted and rather place several plates of tasteless food in front of us. We were told the lunch was paid for, however we had to pay our beverages as only tap water was included. Worst meal I’ve had during my last 2 weeks at India. We concluded the tour at a Buddhist temple which was a nice detail from our guide as the temple included in the tour is the Singh temple which we had already seen in a previous visit. We very much appreciated he took us there, as we got to see something new. Tour doesn’t include water which for me was odd; I’ve done 7 different tours in India and they all included cool bottled water several times during the day; specially on summer time. Regardless of how nice our guide was, this is the only tour I will not repeat. It’s very expensive for what you actually get from it and I believe there is a lot of (simple) things to improve.

Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We are glad to know you enjoyed visiting Akshardham, Lotus Temple, and appreciated the thoughtful addition of the Buddhist temple in your itinerary. It’s always our aim to offer meaningful experiences, and we are happy that certain parts of the tour met your expectations. At the same time, we are truly sorry for the aspects that did not meet your satisfaction. We regret that the shopping stop, lunch arrangements, and lack of complimentary bottled water caused disappointment. Your comments regarding meal quality, flexibility of choice, and unnecessary shopping detours are very important to us, and we will be addressing these with our team to ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for future guests. We sincerely appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we must improve. We hope that despite this experience, you will give us another chance to serve you with the high standards of hospitality that we strive for. Warm regards, Puneet sharma

How much does Private Full Day Temple Tour in Delhi by Car cost?

Is Private Full Day Temple Tour in Delhi by Car worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in New Delhi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Private Full Day Temple Tour in Delhi by Car?

How far in advance should I book Private Full Day Temple Tour in Delhi by Car?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in New Delhi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in New Delhi and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in New Delhi?

    +

On Outty we rank every New Delhi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Taj Mahal & Agra Private Tour By AC Car From Delhi with 5* Meal, Taj Mahal & Agra Fort Private Day Trip From Delhi with 5* Lunch, Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Baby Taj Day Tour from Delhi by Car. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit New Delhi?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in New Delhi?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
