Jerash was worth it
I liked Jerash although the guide later fought with another guide. The car wasn’t prestigious given all the money I paid. Didn’t find the driver when I finished my tour. Wasn’t asked what I wanted for lunch. It was just chosen for me. Wasn’t shown the museum in Citadel. Other than that, all went well.

The tour is a private tour for 1 traveler and the Citadel Museum is included, if you decided not to enter, then this is up to you. As for the driver he had arranged with you the time and pick up location, after the visit of Jerash, as you were shopping at the market. You contacted the emergency number and we assisted you to find him. We are really confused of your comment that is not in content with the tour provided in full to you from our hearts with a lot of effort from each member of our team.

The Ruins
I think by far, this trip to the Jarash was the most easy and enjoyable one for me during my week stay in Jordan. Located in the northern part of Amman, it's an easy less than a 2-hour drive from the city. Passing along mountains and valleys of beautiful colours different shades depending on the ray of light of the sun. The city in ruins pre-dates back the Roman era of grandeur- it's amazing! Don't skip this place when you're in Jordan it's worth visiting.

Excellent Jerash & Amman city tour
