Curious yet respectful, she draws influences from her childhood in Singapore, travels and the years she lived in Rome, Italy to complement German cuisine in an exciting and memorable way, through select choices in ingredients and cooking techniques. Afterwards, the recipes will be emailed to you, so you can recreate them back home!
