Burj khalifa
We booked to visit the sky 148 floor plus 124 and 125. First time going went up to the desk to get our voucher changed for tickets as we booked via a third party. Approached the desk to ask if we could pay for a further upgrade to the lounge. The gentleman didn’t speak to me printed my ticket and pointed me away. Rude to say the least. However our tour guide was great and when we got to the 148th floor the staff was amazing.. We had a lovely time up there. VIP tickets definitely helped as I don’t like to queue.
Response from the operator: Dear Harjeet, Thank you for leaving your feedback on the Burj Khalifa: At the Top Entrance with Lunch or Dinner at Rooftop, The Burj Club experience. We will be sure to forward your review to the team responsible. Best regards, Mr. Hammad Ul Hassan Abbasi Guest Services Executive ORIENT TOURS LLC

A must-do activity as a part of visiting Dubai! Recommend the SKY ticket
I enjoyed my trip to At the Top! I ended up purchasing the SKY At the Top ticket option which was a more expensive ticket, so my journey started on floor 148 which offered great views of the city with less people. During my visit, I questioned if the price tag of $150 USD was worth it. It was cloudy and hazy the day I went, which impacted the views unfortunately. Regardless, it was nice to have more space to take photos and soak in the views without so many extra people around on floor 148. Then, I was able to go down to floors 124-125 to join the rest of the guests who bought the standard ticket. Overall, it's a must do! If you have the money, it's nice to bypass the lines with the SKY ticket and skip some of the crowds. Also, I purchased my ticket directly from the website, which I would recommend doing. It's always cheaper than buying through a third party, like Trip Advisor.
Response from the operator: Dear kelseythewanderer., Thank you for leaving such a nice review. We are glad that you loved our services! Our dedicated staff will be pleased to learn of your high praise. We take pride in giving our customers outstanding service, and we're overjoyed to receive your compliments and appreciation. We hope to see you here again and please bring all your friends and family. We will ensure they all enjoy the same quality of service as you have. Thank you, once again, for your kind words. Spectacular
When on vacation, you often hear you should check out this and that place. We'll the museum of the future is definitely one of those places. The crowds were not too bad. The venue was spectacular. The staff was very friendly and informative, one of the best experiences we have had on this vacation. If you can get tickets I highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

How far in advance should I book Private Dubai tour with Burj Khalifa & Atlantis Poseidons Cafe?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubai can sell out a month out. What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubai and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

+

What are the best things to do in Dubai?
+
On Outty we rank every Dubai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubai Premium Red Dunes Safari, Camels & 5* BBQ at Al Khayma Camp, Dubai: Red Dunes Safari, Quad, Camel, Dune Bash, BBQ & Shows, Dubai Dune Buggy Safari Tour in Red Dunes Options. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Dubai?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Dubai?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
