Excellent guide and perfectly on time.
Very flexible and can be arranged based on the layover times. The evening before, they confirmed an Italian-speaking guide for us, and when we met him, he was truly very professional, friendly, and attentive to the various needs of the children and the whole family, even because of the great heat in August... air conditioning and water in the car. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed and we lost useful time to be able to visit other parts of the city... in any case, with this experience, we had the opportunity to get to know new Dubai and part of the old, and get a firsthand idea.
