Terrible
I made airport transport arrangements in advance from our hotel in Old Montreal, and the booking and payment process went smoothly at first. Unfortunately, the pickup location was repeatedly zoned as downtown Montreal instead of Old Montreal. The fare difference was only $6.80, but neither Viator nor the car company could correct it. For six days leading up to the transfer, I received daily texts/emails from both Viator and the provider, and I spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to resolve the issue. Just hours before pickup, I was advised to cancel and rebook. Given the poor experience, I chose not to rebook—but when I attempted to cancel as instructed, I was told I was past the cancellation window. In the end, I had to take a taxi and did not use the service. I’m now hoping for a refund. It’s incredibly frustrating that so much time was wasted over a $6.80 zoning error that neither party could fix. This experience left me with little confidence in the reliability of Viator’s transfer coordination.

Disappointing Pickup
Driver sat outside 15 min. till the valet checked to see if he was my ride. I was waiting outside with my luggage inside with my friend. The ride to the airport was fine.
