    Wonderful trip to Verona

The trip was very good, but just know that when you get to Verona you’re on your own. The driver was fabulous. He came over four hours to pick us up. Was always on time and extremely friendly.

You learn how good a company is when things go wrong

Well its not a perfect world and things go wrong sometimes. This trip there was a terrible accident and our driver was stuck in traffic. He was 2 hours late BUT the company stayed in communication with us and so did he. He sent pics if the traffic and his distance from his dash showing us constantly as he made progress. The company offered several extra hours in whatever place we chose to make up for being late at no additional charge. Once he arrived, A TRULY WONDERFUL YOUNG MAN was our driver. He apologized over and over despite it was beyond his control. His driving was fantastic and he chose locations close to the sights we wanted to see and helped us find foot routes to maximize our time. It was almost like our son was driving us around. We are older and I have mobility issues and he really really took great care of us. The company checked in on us several times to make sure things were fine. They were more than fine they were fantastic. I am truly impressed with the company, the driver and the tour. Jakub is the young mans name. Request him if you can, especially if you are older because he truly cares for his guest. All I can really say about the company is thank God I chose them

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your thoughtful and generous review. We truly appreciate your understanding when unexpected traffic delays affected the start of your day, and we are glad our team and Jakub kept communication clear throughout. It is wonderful to hear that once underway, Jakub made the experience comfortable, safe, and well-paced, especially with your mobility needs in mind. We are very pleased he helped you make the most of Verona and Lake Garda with thoughtful stops and walking routes. Your kind words mean a great deal to us, and we would be delighted to welcome you on another Europe Journey trip in the future.
